Meet Nina Holland of Codex Activation

Today we’d like to introduce you to Nina Holland.

Hi Nina, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I started out as an intuitive tarot reader, and I now have nearly a decade of experience in that field. Over time, my work naturally evolved as I became more and more fascinated by energetics- the belief systems, patterns, and programs we run that shape every area of our lives and directly impact the results we experience.

That curiosity led me on a deep journey to truly understand the mechanics behind manifestation and alignment, not just from a personal perspective, but in a way I could teach objectively. I wanted to go beyond “inspiration” and really learn how and why these energetic principles work. Along the way, I trained with a shaman, explored a variety of spiritual and energetic modalities, and refined my own process for helping people return to harmony with their true energetic self.

What I’ve found is that many people eventually reach an edge with traditional personal development work- it stops producing the breakthroughs it once did. My work picks up where that leaves off. This is the future of transformation: tuning into your own frequency so that whatever you do, you’re doing it in a way that works for you.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
My biggest challenge was growing my confidence in what I do. Especially in the beginning, I was incredibly hard on myself. I wanted every single client to have massive, life-changing transformations- and I put a lot of pressure on myself to make that happen every time.
Over time, I realized that the best thing I could do was simply keep going. The more sessions I did, the more my abilities deepened, my process refined, and my confidence grew.

Looking back, I’m grateful I didn’t let self-doubt stop me. Confidence isn’t something you wait to feel before you start- it’s something you build by continuing to show up. Every client, every session, every moment of connection adds another layer to that trust in yourself and in your work.

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about Codex Activation?
At its heart, my work is all about clarity- helping people reconnect with their own inner compass when life feels uncertain or overwhelming. Most of my clients find me when they’re in a transitional moment- either right after making a major life change or right before taking a big leap. They know something is shifting, but they want support in navigating the energy of it with more ease and confidence.

I offer private sessions that blend frequency work, intuitive guidance, and years of experience as a professional tarot reader and spiritual practitioner. My signature service, Codex Activation Sessions, is designed to identify where someone’s energy has fallen out of harmony, release the blocks, and anchor them back into their natural clarity. It’s not just about insight- it’s about creating an energetic shift that you can actually feel.

What sets me apart is the way I bridge deep intuitive work with a practical, grounded presence. I’m not here to tell you who to be- I’m here to help you hear yourself again, clearly and without distortion, so you can move forward aligned and empowered.

Brand-wise, I’m most proud of the trust I’ve built with my clients and community. I’ve worked with people all over the country, but the heart of my work is deeply rooted here in Arizona. Whether it’s a one-on-one session, a home clearing, or a larger workshop, my goal is always the same: to leave people feeling more centered, more certain, and more in tune with their own frequency than when they arrived.

I’ve been fortunate to have incredible support along the way. Liz Ludwig, the owner of Spiritually Bold located in the Scottsdale Promenade, has been a mentor and guide to me along this journey. I’ve worked for her for a long time, and she’s consistently helped guide me through different stages of both personal and professional growth. Being part of the Spiritually Bold family has been such a gift- it’s an environment that’s encouraged me to step into my skills and expand what I offer. And it is hands down the best crystal/metaphysical shop in Scottsdale!

I’m also deeply grateful for my parents and friends who have cheered me on through every stage of this journey. Whether it was encouraging me to take a leap, listening when I needed to process, or celebrating my wins, their love and belief in me have been the foundation that’s made everything possible.
