Meet Nicole Demas of Nicole Demas, REALTOR®

Today we’d like to introduce you to Nicole Demas.

Hi Nicole, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I didn’t grow up in real estate and honestly, I don’t think anyone would have predicted this path for me. I’m originally from Connecticut and spent years in hospitality and corporate training, which taught me how to communicate, build relationships, and truly understand people. Looking back, those skills became the foundation of my business.
I got my real estate license in 2019 and jumped in with everything I had. I wasn’t handed a book of business or a network of clients. I built it relationship by relationship, transaction by transaction, and through a lot of consistency and hard work.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Absolutely not. It has been rewarding, but it definitely hasn’t been smooth.
I entered real estate in 2019 and then, shortly after, the world shut down. I was a newer agent trying to establish myself in an industry where relationships and trust are everything, and suddenly everything changed. I didn’t have years of experience or a huge database to lean on, so I had to get resourceful, stay consistent, and outwork my circumstances.
There were also personal challenges along the way. Building a business while navigating marriage, motherhood, and major health decisions taught me a lot about resilience. There were moments of exhaustion, self-doubt, and wondering if I was doing enough in any area of my life. But I learned that growth rarely happens when everything is easy.
I think one of my greatest strengths is that I don’t quit. I don’t view obstacles as reasons to stop; I view them as opportunities to adapt and become stronger. Every challenge has shaped the way I lead, serve my clients, and show up for the people around me. The struggles didn’t break me..they built me.

Appreciate you sharing that. What should we know about Nicole Demas, REALTOR®?
I’m a residential real estate advisor specializing in luxury homes and representing both buyers and sellers throughout the Valley. While I work across multiple markets, I’m especially known for my expertise in Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Cave Creek, and North Phoenix.
What sets me apart is my approach. I lead with relationships, communicate openly and honestly, and advocate fiercely for my clients. I don’t believe in simply selling homes. I believe in guiding people through some of life’s biggest decisions with strategy, transparency, and genuine care.
What I’m most proud of is that my brand has been built on trust. Most of my business comes from referrals and repeat clients, and many of those relationships have become lifelong friendships. To me, that’s what success is all about.

Let’s talk about our city – what do you love? What do you not love?
What I love most about Scottsdale is the quality of life. We wake up to sunshine nearly every day, and within a few hours, you can be on a beach in Mexico or California, at a casino in Las Vegas, or skiing in Flagstaff. I also love that we don’t change our clocks twice a year, it’s a small thing, but it makes life simpler. Beyond that, Scottsdale offers a level of cleanliness, natural beauty, and understated luxury that’s truly hard to replicate.

My least favorite thing? Like everyone else, the heat of June, July, and August. Arizona summers are no joke. But somehow, every year, we make it through and are quickly reminded why we choose to call this place home the other nine months of the year.
