Meet Michelle Faust of Lemonade Legend in Scottsdale (North)

Today we’d like to introduce you to Michelle Faust.

Michelle Faust is the founder of Lemonade Legend, a company offering both print and media exposure through her anthology series, digital magazine, a publishing house, podcast, virtual stages and now as a producer of two TV shows featured on ZondraTV Network. Her mission is to create the largest Storytelling Distribution Network in the world. The inception of The Lemonade Stand started with her own self-realization that she had a story herself of learning how to acquire a fearless attitude due to having a severe hearing loss which had impacted her own self-worth and created limiting beliefs. Her story is full of vulnerability, courage, and learning how to cope in a world which values perfection by developing her alternative strengths. After 20 years in the pharmaceutical industry, she elected to leap into the entrepreneurial world and follow her heart, which ultimately led to the creation of Lemonade Legend. Her mission is her passion that not only provides a powerful resource for women struggling with their own lemonade challenges but is also emerging into a community of like-minded people who want to share, support, and lift up their sisters and brothers. The Anthology series, The Lemonade Stand Book 2, was recently released on February 19th and is available on Amazon.

Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Has this question ever been answered with a yes? For most entrepreneur’s I believe there are common obstacles such as enough funding, is your vision clear, are you serving your audience well? It is part and parcel of running a business. For me, personally, it is staying focused and on task. I have a tendency to chase shiny objects and take on too many projects. I have had to learn to ask myself, “Does this align with my business mission?” If it does then I look at whether it fits in the budget, my time blocking, or can I delegate it?

Keeping focused, and on top of things is my biggest challenge. I am the creative head of the business and I rely on my team to help me execute with efficiency so nothing falls through the cracks. Second to that is carving out time to develop new business so I can ensure a continuing revenue stream to take care of my team and other expenses.

To grow you have to spend money, but I have learned the hard way that not all “great looking investments” are the right investments. I spend more time now researching opportunities and asking questions to make sure my expenditures pay off.

My clients find it easy to trust me with their most intimate stories. We are able to work from the beginning of how to write their story to full publication. I take a very personal approach with my clients because they are sharing their personal selves. I have an extensive platform to share their stories in multiple ways.
