Today we’d like to introduce you to Michael Merendino.
Michael, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
I am the owner of a small restaurant group that has been around for 11 years we are an east coast Italian eatery that does a very authentic product and treats everyone from our staff to guests as family
Has it been a smooth road?
No. This business has been tough but it is a labor of love. We started out in 2007 as the recession hit and never really knew the direction of this company. My partners and I knew how to work in the restaurant business but never learned how to run a business. We learned by doing and making many mistakes.
Our biggest struggles is being a small business owner and always being under funded vs some of our major corporate competitors. It has taking us 111 years and we are almost there and excited to be considered a big player in the Phoenix Restaurant market.

We are an East Coast Italian Eatery that specializes in pizza. We are a second generation family owned restaurant that believes in a family first mentality with our staff and guests. I am most proud of my staff and my upper management team as they are following through with my vision of the business.
