Meet Mally Paquette

Today we’d like to introduce you to Mally Paquette.

Hi Mally, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstories.
I was born a seeker and have endured struggles as each of us do here in “Earth School!” Every experience is an opportunity for growth and shining up our Light within. I have taught yoga for decades and my main spiritual path has been with indigenous around the globe.

My three adult children have taken me through lessons of unconditional love and with this expansion, I am able to guide clients. I opened Awakenings Yoga Studio in Sedona ten years ago. It has become a beacon of light serving locals and visitors offering a safe space for healing.

My daily yoga class delivers a classic slow flow or kundalini with nuances of daily astrological wisdom throughout the class. Everyone wonders what these earth changes are bringing us to and cosmology is my passion. Having lived among The Kogi in South America and The Lakota in the Dakotas, I understand the cycles of time. Global teachers and friends continue to visit Awakenings delivering fresh knowledge.

My private healing sessions feature shamanic techniques and psychic messages from each individual’s cellular structure. I remain busy with sound healing sessions as well featuring alchemy crystal bowls and gongs. We are composed of predominantly water which is enormously affected by vibration healing. It is very rewarding to witness people’s lives shift.

I am blessed with my great teachers and aspire to walk in their shoes.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Everyone struggles! No one escapes the opportunity for growth. My greatest teacher is my son from my first marriage.

That marriage alone taught me who I wasn’t! Lol, I raised my son completely with no assistance from the biological father. Finances were a struggle. He always was haunted by his missing father, even though he had a stepdad in time!

This abandonment led him on a path to alcoholism. I put him through rehab three times and we faced suicide challenges. He became a US Marine and served our country. I am proud of his perseverance. After Afghanistan, he unraveled with PTSD and began drinking again. Life became a mess and tangled web. He had a car accident going 20 mph but had alcohol in his system. A man died due to not having seatbelt on.

My proud son has just completed nine years in prison. OUR journey has been arduous and brought me to becoming a better mother and person. Never give up on people, however, excellent boundaries are required. My life journey continues to teach me more. That’s life on earth! My spiritual path has expanded from the hardships.

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
I have created a healing space with sacred items from around the globe. Clients are fascinated with the studio and its unique expansive energy.

My gift is making each person feel seen and heard! Through esoteric and yogic techniques my gifts of clairaudience and clairvoyance developed to share with others. Spirit works through me and guides each person to find their power.

When humans can tap into their heart essence, life shifts and we heal by remembering how sacred we each are!

In terms of your work and the industry, what are some of the changes you are expecting to see over the next five to ten years?
With the earth’s changes and the astrological predictions, I believe my audience will expand. I can only hope that more people locate these techniques to find their wholeness!
