Meet Mahogany 4

Today we’d like to introduce you to Mahogany 4.

Every artist has a unique story. Can you briefly walk us through yours?
“Mahogany 4” is a collection that consists of producers, singers & rappers from Texas, Arizona, Cali, and Virginia. Each member has their hands in & on the production and recording of all of their music. All 4 of members have different backgrounds which make each of them wildly diverse and different from other artists/groups.

Please tell us about your art.
We are four black music creatives that have a driving passion to produce mainly music, as well as visuals and clothing. The message of our art is to express pride in black individuality. We aspire to motivate everyone exposed to our art to spread the importance of authenticity and experimentation. All of our art is made between the four members of the group.

As an artist, how do you define success and what quality or characteristic do you feel is essential to success as an artist?
We define success as people feeling emotionally connected to our art and presence. Money is not a standard of success, nor likes on social media for numbers can be extremely deceiving. We strive to have new fans subscribe to our content every time we post or perform. We find it essential to have a strong foundation of fans and connections to spread the word of our art. We also find it essential to manage the business side of our art to be able to keep producing great content.

How or where can people see your work? How can people support your work?
We are located in Arizona and have performed all over the Valley. We are also present on all streaming platforms. People can support by showing up to the shows, listening, and spreading the word about Mahogany 4!
