Meet Lyndsay Clark

Today we’d like to introduce you to Lyndsay Clark.

Hi Lyndsay, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
I am a proud mom of two boys and wife to an amazing husband. Real estate has been an interest of mine since I was a young kid. I loved attending open houses and browsing the “for sale” guides at restaurants. I was in a corporate sales career for eight years and a few years ago, while having young kids, I craved a career with more flexibility and unlimited income potential. I knew the real estate itch wouldn’t stop until I explored it. I took my sales skills, hard work, and organization and put it work jumping feet first into real estate in 2020 and never looked back. I’ve been grateful to dive into the industry during an unknown time for all​real estate agents. I work at an incredible brokerage with constant support and collaboration between other full-time agents and it’s been a learning-filled, busy year as I’ve worked hard to build my business.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Entering the industry in May 2020, no one knew the future of Arizona real estate. Fortunately for us, people are moving here by the masses. Starting something new always comes with its challenges. I was fortunate to work with a mentor for the first six months of getting my license who taught me how to be patient, work tirelessly for what you want, and how to do things the right way. It was difficult to be patient as I grew my client base, but having friends, family, and new clients trust me has been the best feeling. I also knew there wasn’t another option. I was going to make this work regardless. So on the good, bad, and tearful days, that kept me going.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
I am not just passionate about real estate, but am passionate about people and problem solving. I specialize in residential real estate and serve all parts of Maricopa county, specifically Central Phoenix, Scottsdale, and East Valley. I am a local expert and Tempe, AZ native. I not only know this city like the back of my hand, but I pride myself on giving back, shopping and eating local, and investing in local real estate myself.

I am honest, hard-working, will underpromise and over deliver, and desire to be a real estate resource for life. Nothing brings me more joy than finding that perfect house my clients will turn into a home. I am proud to work for The Brokery – a relentlessly local, luxury real estate company, excited and willing to serve anyone’s real estate needs.

My expertise is in building relationships and navigating contract negotiations, coupled with creativity and meticulous attention to detail. This helps support and assist both buyers and sellers alike. What makes you happy?
Not to be cliche, but truly my faith, family, and life. I’m grounded in what I believe and motivated by my faith. I have incredible support through family and friendships that make me happy and keep me joyful. I truly enjoy life. Whether it’s a coffee with an old friend, happy hour with a new client, or taking my kids to the park, I strive to be all-in with everything I do and truly be happy and enjoy each moment.
