Meet Larissa Rzemienski of Lola Wellness Line and The Jeremy Jude Podcast on Mental Health in Ahwatukee

Today we’d like to introduce you to Larissa Rzemienski.

So, before we jump into specific questions about the business, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
It has been quite an interesting and winding road leading up to where I am at today! Currently, I am involved in several different roles, projects, and businesses. I am serving as my community’s lululemon ambassador, teaching college courses in psychology and counseling, teaching yoga classes, starting a new wellness line, and co-hosting a podcast on mental health. I suppose you could say that I have always been a person who enjoys staying active and engaged in every possible manner. I am passionate about so many subjects and topics, and I have always been an entrepreneur by nature. Having a commitment to my education has certainly been key to my overall success. I have owned several small businesses in the past, and I am extremely excited to be starting The Lola Wellness Line this fall which is an eCommerce wellness line named after my pet bunny.

Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
One of the biggest struggles that I had to overcome was losing my husband in 2009 when my daughter was only 8 years old. He died very suddenly from a brain cyst, so it was a lot for my family to overcome, and it certainly took a toll on me as well. In a sense, it has also made me more passionate about life because we truly never know when it will be our last day on earth. Losing the one person who was closest to me has helped me to realize that it is important to seize opportunities and live life to the fullest.

Lola Wellness Line and The Jeremy Jude Podcast on Mental Health – what should we know? What do you do best? What sets you apart from the competition?
As I noted earlier, I have several ventures that I am working on. My wellness line, the Lola Wellness Line (https://lolawellnessline.com/), will be opening in the next couple of months (via e-commerce website) and will offer a variety of products including, CBD oils, CBD gummies, supplements, vitamins, creams, oils, etc. One thing that sets this business apart from others, besides the fact that it has a bunny as a mascot, is the fact that the products are high quality with excellent customer service offered. I am excited about this newest venture. I am also working on The Jeremy Jude Podcast: A Shameless Podcast on Mental Health. I serve as a cohost, and I also do a lot of marketing for the podcast. One thing that sets our podcast apart from others is that the three of us have great camaraderie and on-air chemistry. We not only share mental health facts and personal stories, but we also incorporate creativity and humor in order to engage the audience.

What moment in your career do you look back most fondly on?
Wow, it is really hard to pick only one proud moment from my career, but I would have to choose the creation and invention of my last e-commerce, an online toy business, as being my proudest moment. I felt that I really built something great for children and parents all over the country. I put a lot of thought and creativity into the business, and it was great to see so many children happy as a result. One customer wrote me years later to let me know what a huge impact the website had on her life, and how winning a writing contest from the website gave her the confidence to become one of the best writers in the nation!
