Meet Lance Greathouse of Wheelchairlabs in Northwest Glendale

Today we’d like to introduce you to Lance Greathouse.

Greathouse Labs is where inventor Lance Greathouse makes cool things that work. Whether it’s a fire-breathing robot, a mobile barbecue, remote control cooler or a custom wheelchair, his passion for creating is uniquely expressed through each finished product.

Lance has designed machines for Robot Wars and Battlebots and competed in the 2002 Extreme Warriors championship in London. He served as a behind-the-scenes technical consultant for the TV show Junkyard Wars and has designed and built special effects, electric vehicles, and large-scale fire art.

Clients approach him with challenging and unlikely projects because they’re confident in his know-how and artistry. Lance is passionate about fulfilling his client’s needs and dreams through his inventive creations.

Since the passing of his younger brother Brent from Parkinson’s, he has focused his energy on getting the mobility they need.
