Meet Kylie Elizabeth, M.A.Ed. of Phoenix

Today we’d like to introduce you to Kylie Elizabeth, M.A.Ed. .

Kylie Elizabeth, M.A.Ed.

Hi Kylie, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
Hey there! I’m Kylie Elizabeth, also known as The Virtuoso Educator. I was born and raised in a small city in Wisconsin, where I spent the first 30 years of my life living within a ten-mile radius. In June 2020, right in the heart of the pandemic, I made the bold move to Arizona and haven’t looked back since!

From an early age, school and education held a special place in my heart. I’ve always been passionate about learning and curious about the world around me. That curiosity, combined with a creative spirit and entrepreneurial mindset, has kept me juggling multiple jobs and projects throughout my life.

After earning my master’s degree in education, focused on administrative leadership and curriculum and instruction, I initially set out to pursue a career in educational administration here in Arizona. But I quickly realized I had more to offer. I launched Virtuoso Education Consulting Services (VECS) to serve the community in ways that felt needed special attention and in areas that aligned with my educational philosophy.

With a unique blend of educational, professional, and cultural experiences, I bring a wide-lens perspective to my work. As a mother of two children, much of my passion also lies in advocating for the next generation, particularly in educational spaces. Today, I use my voice, my background, and my drive to build inviting spaces where people aren’t just included, they’re valued, understood, and part of something that truly matters.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Like many entrepreneurs, my path hasn’t been without challenges. Phoenix, and Arizona more broadly, is a very relationship-driven community. Word travels fast here, and your reputation matters. I’ve had to learn how to navigate that by figuring out who to trust, what red flags to pay attention to, and how to protect both myself and my vision.

One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned is the importance of alignment. I’ve found it essential to partner with people and organizations whose values mirror my own. So much positivity can come when we work towards a shared goal and purpose.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
At my core, I’m a connector, curator, and change agent who’s grounded in authenticity and driven by impact. Through VECS, I offer educational consulting, administrative support, and community event planning.

I specialize in Family and parent engagement in education, Culturally responsive resources and workshops, Community-building events and networking opportunities, and Systems-focused admin support for organizations and small businesses.

I’m most known for hosting and supporting events across the Phoenix Metro Area and for my contributions to local podcasts that spotlight pressing issues in K-12 education.

What I’m most proud of? The strong network I’ve built and the trust I’ve earned in just five years here.

What sets me apart? I show up as my full self, speak truthfully, share opportunities openly, and prioritize community over competition. This mindset has allowed me to support others while building a brand that’s respected and impactful.

I offer a free 30-minute consultation to learn more about each client’s unique needs and goals. From there, I create customized service packages which may include: Hourly rates; Flat-rate project fees; and Monthly retainers. Because I’m community-focused, not profit-driven, I always aim to create packages that are accessible and value-packed.

Let’s talk about our city – what do you love? What do you not love?
What I love most about Phoenix is its energy. The Metro Area, especially Downtown, buzzes with creativity, culture, and opportunity. From the murals that tell untold stories to the vibrant food and coffee scene that’s so satisfying for a foodie and coffee fanatic like me, there’s so much to explore. I also love the rich blend of cultures, the stunning desert views, and let’s be honest, the sunshine doesn’t hurt!

The one thing I’d change? The traffic. The freeway can be unpredictable, and as a parent, I’m especially cautious when I have my children in the car. The aggressive driving style here definitely keeps me on edge.
