Meet Krystal Holland of Love ur Life in Glendale

Today we’d like to introduce you to Krystal Holland.

Thanks for sharing your story with us Krystal. So, let’s start at the beginning and we can move on from there.
I have lived with chronic illness most of my life and have had to learn how to navigate through what doesn’t seem fair to Love my life. This process has been life changing and I’ve been gifted with developing the understanding of learning how to Love what has caused pain & suffering. I initially started an apparel business with head wraps that have words of affirmation on them. In having my apparel business I continued to encourage others through my story in which Love ur Life LLC. was born. Coaching has always come naturally for me I was wired to do it. I Love learning from others through their stories. I believe vulnerability is the pathway to freedom!

We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
Most definitely no! This process has been me taking a bold look at myself and confronting how out of control I am with unforeseen situations. I’ve had to learn to love my weaknesses and to see myself through the lens of God versus my development system. I believe this is an ongoing process because life happens, meaning we never know what’s going to hit us but the key to outlasting unforeseen circumstances is remaining teachable. I believe life is our greatest teacher if we take on a perspective shift. Living with an Autoimmune condition challenges every part of me because on the surface I’ve been judged as being weak or contributing to my disease. Unfortunately, the deep impact it had on my life many times gets overlooked because humanity has lost sight of extending the gift of listening. Being able to contain someone else’s story is a gift, Its an opportunity to GROW IN LOVE!

Tell us more about the business.
Love ur Life is a whole life Coaching business. I am a Coach, birth doula & Homeopathic consulting. We address and educate on how the Body Soul and Spirit are all connected. You can’t heal one part of you without addressing all of you. I listen to learn and then raise questions to provoke deep thoughts that will challenge systems that have become toxic thereby resulting in misplaced Love towards yourself and others. I’m proud of my team and what we stand for. Our foundation is doing everything in Love meaning extending (Patience, kindness, keeping no record of wrong doing, never giving up, perseverance). This is a process that perpetuates Growth without excuses. It challenges me and those we’ve been given to Love to remain teachable. If you’re not learning you’re no longer growing.

Has luck played a meaningful role in your life and business?
I don’t believe in luck, I believe in sowing seeds of life into others. Some will water the seed others will let it die. Over time those who water the seed will return and feed you the fruit that grew from the seeds you planted into their life.
