Meet Kenny Klaus of The Kenny Klaus Team in East Valley

Today we’d like to introduce you to Kenny Klaus.

Thanks for sharing your story with us Kenny. So, let’s start at the beginning and we can move on from there.
I was the FEDEX guy and say the value in running a route and getting to know an area very well, so when I decided to get into real estate I just focused on dominating an area and called it running my Realtor Route. We were voted #1 Team in the entire Southeast Valley for 2017, pretty cool and now, I also own 3 restaurants in the East Valley. I am in business with some amazing and loyal people.

Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
The market has caused struggles, growth has caused it challenges but always growing and working hard to improve every day with a relentless drive to be the best at our craft has been our mission.

Please tell us about The Kenny Klaus Team.
We have a real estate team of 20 professionals. I am the team leader and help our see growth, lead generation, systems and models and do real estate transactions. I am very proud to see the relentless focus by our teammates to put our clients 1st and work so hard to help them achieve their goals. We follow the 212 mottoes, The Extra Degree.

Do you look back particularly fondly on any memories from childhood?
Probably Jeep rides in Colorado on vacation with my Mom and Dad and brother.
