Today we’d like to introduce you to Juan Cruz.
Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
We started at IHOP (literally). My dad was a cook and my mom was a prep. Eventually, the entire family was brought up into the team as hostess, waiters and up to management. We learned basically every single little thing that eventually led to opening our own business.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It’s was running very smooth until covid hit. We had our ups and downs as every business but covid truly change the entire game. We believe in change. We believe it is necessary for us humans to grow and makes us better people.
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
We serve breakfast and lunch options that include authentic Mexican food and some oriental dishes as well. Our variety and authenticity is what set us apart from other businesses. We also started doing large events as baby showers, quinces and we are getting pretty popular on that aspect.
How can people work with you, collaborate with you or support you?
We do small businesses pop up events indoor and outdoor. We love to help fellow entrepreneurs get exposure, we believe in collaborating, social media is a huge part of our growth, follow us and stay up to date to support us and other local businesses.
