Today we’d like to introduce you to Jordaun Peel

Jordaun, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
In 2014 I launched an Emergency Roadside Assistance Company in Phoenix Arizona. The first 4 years were contracted work only, and now we are going public! I have built my company from the ground up. I started solo and have now built a team of 5. We cover Phoenix, and every surrounding city. We specialize in Emergency Roadside assistance. Our main goal is to focus on having the best customer service possible! That includes having fast ETA’s, customer/provider communication, and the best tools to service all emergency calls.

Services we specialize in are auto lockouts (lock you keys in the car?) Other services we offer are battery jumpstart, battery delivery and install, air, fuel, and tire changes.

Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
I wouldn’t say I’ve had many struggles. I took things slow to build my team so that we would all succeed equally. “Team”

Phoenix Lockouts – what should we know? What do you guys do best? What sets you apart from the competition?
Our job is to help people with emergency roadside situations such as dead batteries, flat tires, keys locked in vehicles, running out of fuel.

We strive to offer the best customer service including dispatchers that know the city very well, drivers that know how to maneuver rush hour traffic, awesome communication skills, the best tools available for the job, etc.

What moment in your career do you look back most fondly on?
I always wanted to have a career where I could help people. I created this awesome opportunity to help people and still make money. Then the proudest moment was when I realized I created a team of people to do the same!
