Meet Jonny Lemons

Today we’d like to introduce you to Jonny Lemons.

Every artist has a unique story. Can you briefly walk us through yours?
Well, my story starts when I was becoming a Freshmen in High School. I was obsessed with the movie Drumline, so I joined the school drum line and started to fall in love with music, writing, and the outlet of creativity. Fast forward to the present, and I’ve now been writing, creating, and travel with music for the last 9 years. I’ve gotten to play 43 states, 2 providence’s in Canada, and have signed a record deal. It’s been tough, but more than worth the journey and knowledge!

Please tell us about your art.
I’m a singer/songwriter who sings electronic/rnb! The message I try to convey is that all humans are beautiful, and capable of any success’ and goals that they strive for. I hope that each show I play, and each track I release will give people something to relate to and feel inspired by!

As an artist, how do you define success and what quality or characteristic do you feel is essential to success as an artist?
My definition of success is sort of a mixture of self-reflection & love, as well as the ability to help people change the way they view themselves and their lives! I believe every quality or characteristic is objective based on the artist. Everyone is going to view what makes an artist successful differently.
