Meet Jeremiah Pruitt of Juice Team

Today we’d like to introduce you to Jeremiah Pruitt.

Juice Team Founder/Owner Jeremiah Pruitt was born in Cincinnati, Ohio and raised in Phoenix, Arizona. After seven years in North Scottsdale, his father, mother, his four brothers and himself moved to Colorado Springs, Colorado. There during his first two years, he fell in love with basketball, photography and clothing. Jeremiah and his friends started doing a lot of thrift shopping in the Springs. Which is what really made him fall in love with Fashion Design. Growing up as a young boy, he always dreamt of having his own brand. On the date, September 18, 2016, he decided to get his clothing Brand started and began selling T-Shirts.

For Juice, creating clothing is an intimate process. Before deciding on Graphic Design, he thinks about the meaning behind the piece and how a design will be made. Once he’s ready to print a design on a shirt, he treats the T-shirt material as a second skin. Completely opposed to a Fashion Piece, he guides the material as if it were a living being.

When putting together collections, first it starts with an idea then putting a name and meaning behind the designs creates something unimaginable. Juice Team is unique solely because it will be able to reach all ages, colors, and all shapes and sizes. Some collections will be more expensive than the other, some will be more affordable, and some may even be free of charge to reach those who are unfortunate in order to make them feel as if they have all the juice in the world. His goal is to change the social norm and to help as many people as he can in the world through clothing. Money is power… to an extent, but money does not define a person and will not bring happiness unless he/she learns to be content without money. We repeat, money does not define a person and will not bring happiness. It is what is on the inside, a positive mindset but also good intentions combined with the willpower to give is what makes a person a great being. This will give you the opportunity to have everlasting Juice.

Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It has been a very exciting road, from trying to find reliable manufacturers that have great quality and consistent prices. To learn that no one is going to care about your brand as much as you do except you. It has been an adventurous journey of struggles every day; there is something new to learn. My main overall struggle has been understanding that nothing is going to just come my way or be handed to me. Finances and connections all come from faith, consistency, and hard work. I have realized if you want to run a successful company, you must be willing to starve for it. If I said it has been a smooth road, I would be lying to people because anything worth having will not come easy.

Alright – so let’s talk business. Tell us about Juice Team – what should we know?
As the Owner of Juice Team, I create and manage my entire website. Currently, I manage as all operations as far as but not limited to all social media marketing, I distribute all of my merchandise to clients, foreign and domestic. Specializing in a variety of productive talents. My ultimate goal in life is to become a Renaissance man, a Renaissance man or woman is a person who is well educated and sophisticated and who has talent and knowledge in many different fields of study. I am known as and for Juice, the definition of Juice is you and not only knowing that you have all the Juice in the world but knowing you can do anything you put your mind to because you were born with Juice. As a brand, I am most proud of starting in high school when no one else thought I would or supported me fully. It has taught me today to never stop and always keep learning because if you do not learn you cannot grow. What sets myself from others is my philosophy and that is to always give and show love regardless of the situation. Love will always overpower hate. Through Juice Team, I will teach individuals to not only love themselves but everyone else around them. We all got the Juice. Life is not about taking, it is about giving and being that helping hand for someone in need.

In 2016, I was empowered to launch my brand “Juice Team”. I am known for the “Juice” because my brands meaning is to inspire people from all walks of life to use their inner voice known as their Juice to accomplish their goals. I truly believe that any person can overcome life’s obstacles by the belief of their self-confidence also known as “Juice”.

Is our city a good place to do what you do?
I believe Phoenix, Arizona is a great place for businesses like mine because it is growing rapidly. One of the main reasons I think it is a wonderful place for Juice Team is because there is an enormous population of homeless citizens. The time I spent in Central Phoenix I made it a priority to give back to the earth and the homeless community by cleaning up the streets and donating food, clothes, and water daily one way or another. I would recommend starting, I do not think a specific place matters because if the message you are giving out to your peers is beneficial and ethical to each individual, then the business will ultimately be successful anywhere.
