Meet JenaRose Francia of INOSOT in West Sedona

Today we’d like to introduce you to JenaRose Francia.

Thanks for sharing your story with us JenaRose. So, let’s start at the beginning and we can move on from there.
After two decades in the self-care industry, my body gave out, burnout set in and I lost functioning of my hands. I was forced to recreate myself & my life. I got into financial services which led to working with private high net worth private investors as financial acquisitions specialists. It was this season of my life that I realized that I loved the world of finance, business, and helping people thrive. As the years passed, I continued to evolve myself. I was blessed with the opportunity to work with some very globally influential business people. As fate would have it, I attended a speaker training in Silicon Valley where I met the two gentlemen who are now my business partners in California, Daniel and Michael. Together we are a team. Our company name INOSOT is an acronym that stands for “an infinite number of solutions over time.”

Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Gratefully so, my entrepreneur journey has not been a smooth road. I’ve experienced many pitfalls stresses and struggles. One of my struggles was the most uncanny way that I found ease, self-reliance, freedom, and resilience. I was living in Silicon Valley. I chose to sleep in my car for eight months after experiencing a housefire & mental-emotional trauma. I joke about this experience now saying I was homeless wearing Prada. Odd, but true.

I spun my wheels doing everything I knew that I knew and got nowhere, I hired coaches that got me further into nowhere. I was left with huge invoices to pay. I was frustrated that they didn’t listen to what I wanted. To me, Coaches that I hire should not cost me money but instead, should give me a return on my investment. That wasn’t the case that happened here. Money was uncomfortably tight for a while after that.

I did the plate juggling while wearing many hats with the uncertainty if my bottom line financials would ever get out of the red. I went into business to do what I love. I had no idea that there are over 400 moving parts to running my own business. I had a lot of cleaning up to do when my business partners came into my life.

The whole time through those turbulences confronts and challenges, I stayed committed to me and my vision of living my best life insisting to Universe that “everything always goes my way”. I always seem to land on all fours like a cat.

I specialize in facilitating various business owner support workshops, 1:1 de-stress sessions, & weekend self-care retreats in Sedona which gives our clients a new clear point of view of their vision, habits, and behaviors to pivot towards & tools to take care of what’s in front of their nose free of stress.

As a whole, we look at everything & listen to what our clients are wanting to create using a holistic approach. All our clients start with a Clarity to Prosperity Strategy Session to clarify what They’re aiming for & what’s standing in the way of having it. Each aspect of the business from mindset, processes/procedures, how the business is structured, and everything else about the business owner is looked at, assessed & rebuilt in a way that is viable self-sustaining so the business profits year after year.

Is there a characteristic or quality that you feel is essential to success?
The characteristic or quality that I feel is most important to my success, In one word I call it resilience. Cultivating Thriving Tribe everywhere I go to care, connect and collaborate is essential to my success and the success of others. I build quality relationships, I am the cheerleader for my clients, the Jedi that randomly shows up at just the right moment. When we have Thriving Tribe as a culture add, that in of itself is a success.

 The other characteristic that is most important to my success is a kindness to myself and others.
