Allow me to introduce myself – I’m Jayde Engram! I was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona, and my deep-rooted passion for success and adventure has guided me throughout my life. After deciding to pursue my college education in Florida, I completed my undergraduate degree and MBA in 3.5 years. These academic achievements laid a solid foundation for what was to come. After graduation, I received an incredible job offer from one of the top consulting firms and moved to Denver, Colorado. However, life took an unexpected turn with the arrival of the COVID-19 pandemic. As circumstances changed, I returned to my beloved Arizona with my family, where I was ready to face new challenges. During this period, I discovered the immense potential within the real estate industry. With a genuine interest in investing, I began exploring the valley’s housing market. It was a thrilling experience that allowed me to learn and grow in ways I never imagined.

Motivated to provide beautiful, well-designed properties for everyone to enjoy, I leaped and founded STRavel Club. Through STRavel Club, we aim to offer exceptional accommodations that surpass expectations. My team and I strive to ensure guests have an unforgettable experience in our carefully curated properties. Recognizing the importance of comprehensive real estate services, I obtained a Realtor license with My Home Group Scottsdale, explicitly joining the esteemed Sheahan Group. In this role, I have the privilege of assisting buyers, sellers, and fellow investors in achieving their real estate goals. Would it have been a smooth road, and if not, what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Throughout my real estate journey, I’ve encountered various challenges that have tested my resolve and determination. Market volatility and unpredictable fluctuations have required me to adapt my strategies and make informed decisions. Acquiring suitable properties amidst competition and navigating the complexities of property management have been demanding tasks. In addition, building a reputation and network has been an ongoing endeavor that has sometimes been daunting but has led to valuable partnerships within the real estate industry. Yet, despite these challenges, every hurdle has been worth it. The satisfaction of helping clients achieve their real estate goals, the joy of creating beautiful properties for others, and the fulfillment of building a successful business make every challenge and effort worthwhile.
