Meet Jade Hall

Today we’d like to introduce you to Jade Hall.

So, before we jump into specific questions about the business, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
I was midway through a clinical therapy program when I had the realization that more people needed to be honored empowered throughout their current journey. So often, people resort to therapy unaware of the space that their in, and not trusting more in their actual being.

This realization came when I hit rock bottom; I lost my job at the time, was financially unstable, wasn’t sure how I was going to get my bills paid, & and was in the process of healing from a toxic relationship. In that moment, I knew that I needed support and accountability. I wanted to show up for myself but just didn’t know how or where to start.

This is how “where She Blooms” was birthed. I wanted to create a coaching environment for people who are ready to show up and “do the work” but need the accountability! I am an ideal client. Someone who’s life may be an upside-down wreck right now and doesn’t seem to have any sense of direction, but is ready to “show up.”

I attended “Leadership That Works” accredited coaching program based out of Los Angeles to obtain my certification, and am now working with clients through 1:1 coaching via Skype, phone, or zoom. My intention has been to be as accommodating to my client as possible understanding that everyone is navigating their own lives at their own pace given obligations and responsibilities.

I am currently based out of Phoenix, Arizona, but wash southern raised, in New Orleans, LA where gumbo and hospitality supports my comfort. I have an extensive background in Health Care specializing in Mental Health. As “Where She Blooms” grows and expands into community work, I am now working with individuals to help enable healing, and promote personal growth/awareness.

Through this work, I provide an intimate, safe space for my Clients while challenging their limited beliefs and holding them accountable through the work. I work with my clients intimately by creating conscious relationships in order to remove destructive thought patterns, identify toxic relationships, and rebuilding confidence and self-value.

I honor every Client believing that each individual has everything within that’s needed for every moment to navigate. I trust in my Client’s wholeness, believing that at every point of their journey, they have exactly what’s needed. My Christian foundation supports my coaching, to help my Client become unstuck in order to tap into the life of abundance that God has called them to.

Has it been a smooth road?
It has not been a smooth road, but it has been an open road! I believe that as humans we have a tendency to believe that bumpy roads are a sign of struggle when really it’s all moments of growth. Unless a road is blocked, you still have the “GO”! I have experienced moments of not knowing, and limited when trying to build a community in Arizona where I am not a native of.

Coming from New Orleans, LA where culture is different, trying to build a clientele and establish community has been bumpy, but not closed off. With the help of each other as small business owners, networking, sharing and spreading the word will ease this bumpy stretch of the journey!

We’d love to hear more about what you do.
What sets me apart from other coaches would have to be the combination of my foundation. (southern culture, Christian foundation & my own personal story of healing and growth) I pride myself in being a Coach that does not give advice!

I believe so much in my Client that I trust they have what’s needed at every point to navigate their journey with me merely as an observer of their transformation. I understand that more people need to be heard, and less people need to be treated. My coaching services givens my client their humanity, and allows them to feel confident in what they bring while on this personal growth journey.

What I am most proud of is my Coaching stance! My stance as a coach provides an intimate, safe space for my Clients while challenging limited beliefs and holding her Client accountable through the work. What sets me apart is my strong belief in not giving advice which removes any unhealthy personal parts of mine to affect my client’s work.

Also, my professional ability to listen without judgment, and opinion. This provides such a large space for my client’s transformation!

Do you feel luck has played a role in your life?
Luck never plays a role in my life or business given that I live and Coach with a foundation of unwavering faith in God. I believe as a person and business owner that what’s in the Will for your life will happen, and nothing is by coincidence.

The day that I ended my clinical therapy practice and enrolled into my coaching program was the day that I have never been so sure about anything in my life. I’ve discovered my true God-given purpose, and in this purpose, nothing is by luck!
