Meet Jaclyn VanHarren

Today, we’d like to introduce you to Jaclyn VanHarren . Jaclyn was introduced to us by the brilliant and talented Julia Vargas.

Jaclyn , can you walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
I am an Arizona native who recently got married. I am mama to 3 fur babies and soon to be mama to a baby boy this Fall.

Let’s talk about your work and career – what else should we know?
I am a wedding planner in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area. Our team is very passionate about creating amazing events for our clients, and we strive to work with vendors we can trust to deliver our same level of professionalism, creativity, and attention to detail.

So, as we mentioned to our audience earlier, you were introduced to us by Julia Vargas and we really admire them and what they’ve built. For folks who might not be as familiar, can you tell them a bit about your experience with Julia.
I first met Julia through another planner on my team that had recently worked with her on a wedding, and loved her and her work. I was planning my own wedding at the time and we decided to see if she was available because she seemed to be a good fit for what I was looking for. After our initial introduction via email – Julia scheduled a call with me to get to know me and my wedding day needs. She was friendly and thorough in explaining her services and finding out exactly what I was looking for. After our call, and once my services for me and my wedding party were booked, she stayed in communication and sent helpful tips for my trial and the day of the wedding. Once it came time for my trial and I met her in person, I knew instantly that I had made the right choice. She was so excited to get to know me and so knowledgeable in her work. I left my trial feeling beautiful and so excited for my big day. The day of the wedding she arrived a little early, gave me product to help get my hair where I wanted it, and didn’t add an ounce of stress to my morning. All of my ladies were so happy with Julia’s work and couldn’t stop talking about how sweet she was. My wedding day hair style was EXACTLY how I wanted it and it lasted me all day and all night. Since my own wedding I have worked with Julia on multiple other weddings and will continue to recommend her to my clients – knowing I can count on her to communicate effectively, give them the unique attention they deserve, and overall make the morning of their wedding a happy, fun experience.
