Meet Jack Bosch of Orbit Investments

Today we’d like to introduce you to Jack Bosch.

Jack Bosch is an experienced business owner, entrepreneur, real estate investor, a respected industry leader, speaker, educator, and perhaps most importantly, a parent and husband. He’s the author of the bestselling financial literacy book “Forever Cash” and the creator of the Land Profit Generator real estate without hassles system.

Jack immigrated to the United States from Germany in 1997 with just two suitcases and a bunch of student debt and since 2002, Jack and co-founder Michelle Bosch have purchased and sold over 4,000+ properties.

With his Land Profit Generator investment method Jack and Michelle went from zero to a million in just 18-months and from that built a real estate investment empire that spans multiple areas of real estate including, land flipping, financing/ notes, tax-delinquent real estate, home rentals, commercial, multi-family investments, and education.

In 2008, after seeing the devastation in the housing market, Jack and Michelle set out on a mission to transform lives by sharing with others the land investment techniques and strategies that have made them a success, and which contrary to many other methods, continued working throughout the big recession. We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
Jack arrived in America from Germany with little more than a single suitcase and a lot of student debt. He and his wife Michelle, also an immigrant but from Honduras, completed their graduate education – and entered Corporate America but found that the lifestyle demanded long hours for little return on investment. The young couple decided to try to diversify their income and tried their hand at house flipping – but had little success due to high competition and the complications of tenants and maintenance costs. After much trial and error, Jack and Michelle discovered land flipping and painstakingly developed strategies to make land flipping a viable investment option.

This is a very niche segment of the real estate industry, and they became pioneers out of necessity. However, once successful, they were both able to leave their corporate jobs to build their own real estate empire securing a strong passive income stream through Land Flipping, which enabled them to diversify further into other asset categories.

In 2008, Jack and Michelle decided to share their hard-earned knowledge with others and developed the Land Profit Generator Home Learning course and coaching programs. According to Jack, the very first seminar that he booked had NO attendees, and he made his presentation to an empty auditorium. As the word eventually started to spread, his seminars started filling up and the Land Profit Generator course started to attract investors. We have increased our team to more than 25 full-time positions in just five months. We have entirely digitized our coaching and training programs to great success. We are also growing interested in our products internationally and will continue to support a growing group of investors in other parts of the world.
