Meet Heather Olson of Restore The Glow

Today we’d like to introduce you to Heather Olson.

Hi Heather, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I have been in the corporate world my whole career and I have always been drawn to skincare and wanting people to feel good about themselves. My family and I moved to AZ in May 2021 and I was looking for more.  I then I found what I consider a miracle treatment in 2022 that had just been introduced, Profosma Jet Plasma. Once I tried it, I was hooked and I knew men and women everywhere would love this new treatment and I wanted to be the one to provide it to them.

In September 2022, I took a leap of faith and started my “side gig,” Restore The Glow. The beginning of starting a business and working full time, being a wife and mom does not come without many bumps in the road. Not to mention, I am not originally from AZ, and meeting clients has been hard. It has been a roller coaster to get to this point, but I am making it work. I still have my full-time job and I am looking to make this my full-time gig by the time my 1st anniversary comes up in September!

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way? Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
The road has not been smooth. From getting a business license, finding a place to work, making a website, and showing up at open markets around Peoria trying to market myself and my business. Getting up early and staying up late to think of a funny or informational reel to post or research about marketing on social media.

It’s a full-time job to stay on top of things and even harder when you already work full time, but it’s been really rewarding seeing people’s happy faces after their treatments and meeting so many wonderful small business owners in the area.

I offer Profosma Jet Plasma Treatments. This treatment is non-invasive and causes zero trauma to the skin.
