Meet Haley Tibbs

Today we’d like to introduce you to Haley Tibbs.

Haley Tibbs is a musician/singer/songwriter from Phoenix, AZ. She grew up performing in musicals. At a young age, she learned how to play guitar and started writing her own songs. She then moved to Nashville and recorded her first single which was streamed worldwide and accepted by Sony. Haley has worked with billboard touring artists and local musicians from all over the world. She has performed around Arizona, Nashville and NYC and has been a part of shows in parts of Europe. Haley recently dropped an EP on November 8th 2019. This is her first fully produced collection of work!  The EP consists of 5 songs all written and produced in AZ. Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
It has not been a smooth road as it never is with any journey. She has been told countless times to just give up and be just an engineer or a model. She has worked with many nasty producers and guys who have tried to take advantage of her. She has had to figure out everything herself in this industry. She started with absolutely no direction, no mentors, and no idea what to do. She had to figure out how to make it on her own. How to produce, how to book shows, how to play music, how to market herself. Thankfully, she has met some wonderful people on the way who did have her best interest at heart. With their help, she has been able to create the music and art that you can see and listen to today.  Haley has learned a lot over the past few years in this industry and is very thankful to be where she is today.

Please tell us about your art.
Haley is a musician. She writes, produces and performs her own songs. Her music is specified as country-pop. She is very proud that she have been able to make something out of nothing and give the world something that will never die – music. The songs all mean something very dear to her and were all written by her. Haley is also a model – she has worked with LA, NYC, Nashville, European, Middle Eastern and South American designers all over the globe. She does runway and print for various publications. Haley is also an actor. She has shows on Netflix and Amazon Prime as well as ABC.  She has worked on shows from Nashville ABC, Dream Big, Hello Are you there, and more. She is very passionate about creating art and being a part of something that helps her create another world.

If you had to go back in time and start over, would you have done anything differently?
If she started over, she would have moved to Nashville or LA or NYC earlier in life. She would have been even more aggressive in creating her dreams a reality… but to be honest, she does think she did everything in her power to get where she is today. She traveled and went to every location in the books and more and worked with so many talented artists. The only thing that would have made it easier is if she knew people in the industry or people were there to help her figure out what to do to get started. Overall though, she doesn’t have many regrets and is only getting started. She would love to meet more artists in the world because creating together produces something with a different kind of spark than doing it alone.
