Today we’d like to introduce you to Georgianna and Giusseppi Dominguez.

Hi Georgianna and Giusseppi, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
We’ve always loved being at home together. During 2020, when we were spending all the time at home we really started to brainstorm and think of a project we wanted to do together. We have always known we wanted to start a business but we kept making excuses of how we weren’t able to find the time. Once we realized we had nothing but time we really decided to take the plunge and dive into what we love which is all things home and entertaining. We started to heavily research and came to the decision to make candles and not just any candles. We wanted to provide a luxury product that was all natural that didn’t cost a fortune. We launched with two candles on our one year anniversary on September 28th, 2020 and now have ten candles, two reed diffusers and two parfum d’ambiance sprays along with merchandise and candle care kits.

We also provide a Couture Service where we can custom make candles for any event that you may have. We will custom make a candle for you from the kind of vessels you want, the wick, the scent and even the name of the candle.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It has not been a smooth road at all! We had so many fails leading up to our launch and almost didn’t even launch our website due to insecurities. The process was a learning experience and it was all really rough in the beginning but we continued to push through.

Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
We both have loved candles as long as we can remember. We would find ourselves buying all of the high end candles and spending hundreds of dollars just for them to tunnel, smoke and be made with paraffin and toxins. We wanted to specialize in candles that were considered luxury but also vegan, cruelty free, natural and both environmentally and pet friendly.
