Meet Erin Call of Soul Naked CEO in Ahwatukee

Today we’d like to introduce you to Erin Call.

Erin, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
Absolutely. I don’t feel like I can leave much out- because everything that I’ve experienced in life, career, education and business has led me to where I am now. Today, I own a personal development brand, Soul Naked CEO. Our mission with Soul Naked CEO is to create a collective of female entrepreneurs and mission-driven women who are divinely creating lives and businesses that light their souls on fire!

Where it first began… My junior year of high school, I found out I was going to be a mom. At 17, I had my son and graduated high school a year early. It was the most emotionally trying time in my life- but I share it because it created the foundation for the woman that runs the personal development movement I have today. It created within me the fundamental belief that circumstances do not get to define who we are and the life we choose to create.

I went straight onto college, worked nearly full time and took care of my son. A few years later, I found myself in a corporate job, moving up the ladder but completely disengaged and questioning where I really wanted to go. I KNEW when I first found out I was pregnant that my divine purpose was to help women see their power, in some way, shape or form.

In 2013 I quit my corporate job, with no plan other than to go back to school (that seemed like the “logical” thing to do on the offset of an “illogical” decision). That ultimately led me to starting my first business in 2014- a mobile spray tanning business. I learned everything about business (and myself!) that I could. And I learned everything about our skin that I could. But, what I loved most was the inner growth I was experiencing from stretching what I once thought was possible and getting really nice and uncomfortable. And often. From there, I was led into network marketing from a client. My experience in network marketing led me to more and more personal development books, seminars, events and humans developing their inner sense of self. I used my sales and marketing skills, combined with the belief in self I was creating to hit top in sales and recruiting at my network marketing company.

I genuinely believe that women can live and work from a space of pleasure not pressure. What I also know to be ultimately true, is that we have a lot of outdated Paradigms, lack mentality and stories of not enough and lack of trust in ourselves that are operating on the back end, and the success we crave is often limited by those. Just the same, we house within us the ability to write new stories, align our energetic frequency with the women we desire to be and become these beautiful divine co-creators we were made to be. And THAT was the work I loved to help my team with and it clicked in me. That was the work Incarnated here to do. and so in the summer of 2018, I walked across the stage at my companies convention, and I knew that was it. I was going to give myself permission to start my coaching practice full time.

In December of 2018, I let go of my network marketing team and I started coaching full time. I began helping women rewrite the stories limiting them, decide what they really wanted out of life and business and to align with manifesting just that. I used my spiritual teachings, subconscious mind work and energetic strategies along with practical knowledge on business to guide them to manifesting massive changes in their lives.

I created a free community where women could band together and grow in this work. To be seen, heard and known by other women and learn together. Soul Naked CEO has several digital and live coaching programs, as well as a Podcast and Soon to be a retreat. I have served clients all over the world and live to continue to grow this mission.

My vision is to expand Soul Naked CEO to reach thousands and thousands of women who know they are made for more, who deeply want to impact the world and are willing to do the inner work to create a beautiful, inspiring reality (through free content, coaching services and retreats!)

Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Not at all. I would be lying if I said it was easy or smooth. It has been a roller coaster of emotions, of growth, of investments before I was “ready”, of saying yes when I had no idea yet what that would look like. I have had to believe in myself when it looked completely illogical on paper. I walked away from a “secure” job.

I walked away from a business I knew very well and was successful at, to fulfill my mission. That was uncomfortable as heck. I faced my own inner critic more than anyone else’s criticism. I had to look at people-pleasing tendencies and old stories that told me I had to do things a certain way and I had to defy them. Rewrite them. I still do. I had to heal sisters’ wounds of comparison that had me looking outside of myself for validation and I had to learn to radically love all of me (which is a continuous mission and something I work on with my clients all the time too!)

But what I do know is I have the perspective that easy is a relative term- and it gets to flow for me. Even when it is uncomfortable and doubt creeps in. Even when I’m faced with creating boundaries or stepping into the next level of growth- I choose the mission and the greater purpose and I let that guide my energy. I would say my energetic frequency (for the most part) is rooted in possibility and so I always know everything is happening for me and we are being guided.

Please tell us about Soul Naked CEO.
My business is known for helping powerhouse, driven women demystify the art of receiving. Making spiritual and mystical concepts easily understandable and applicable to their lives and businesses so they can truly step into who they were created to be and work from a space of alignment. I am a hypnotherapist and coach, so I teach women how to understand the mind, energy and spirituality in a way that is very “street” if you will. I have been called street spirit many times. ha

I guide my clients to step into an identity ( hence soul naked ) where their desires rule, they feel empowered and secure within themselves and they’re the queen of their own energy- thus using it to do their impactful work in the work and manifest a life of freedom and fulfillment.

I am so proud of the mission that is Soul Naked CEO. I am so proud of the feedback that I receive from clients on the regular- of the changes they have made, the results they create and the magic that becomes their norm. It’s them. And the teachings and I are just the catalysts. They have to make the decisions and choose themselves and their desires, which is challenging, and working with women like that, makes me so ecstatic.

Do you look back particularly fondly on any memories from childhood?
My favorite memory is probably going to Boston with my dad almost every year- going to the beach, eating seafood and playing. He was (and still is) a really great example of someone who chooses to enjoy their life and live in this fairly free energy.
