Meet Erica Ward of Fancy Pants Events AZ in Mesa

Today we’d like to introduce you to Erica Ward.

Erica, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
I started Fancy Pants in 2016. I’ve always liked organizing fun events, and after participating in several vendors events myself, I decided to start my own. The first event I did was not without its hiccups but was generally a success. I’ve continued to hold events in a variety of locations throughout the valley, and I try to improve each event to make it the best it can be.

Has it been a smooth road?
There have been many bumps along the way, as there are with any business. Things like having to find a new location every now and then because of space restrictions or changes in ownership, etc. but I’ve been blessed to always be able to find somewhere to have the events.

So, as you know, we’re impressed with Fancy Pants Events AZ – tell our readers more, for example, what you’re most proud of as a company and what sets you apart from others.
I organize craft fair style events in Arizona. I am currently working on growing my team and expanding how many events we do and the cities we have them in. I am most known for and frequently complimented on how organized my events are, my level of communication with those I work with and that people genuinely enjoy working with me. While things don’t always go as planned, I am proud to say that I always give a 100% to each event I organize. I want those that trust me with their livelihood to know that I am working just as hard as they are and that I am dedicated to helping their business succeed. What sets me apart is my desire for each event to exceed expectations, and my hope that every participant will go home happy and successful at the end of the day.

If you had to go back in time and start over, would you have done anything differently?
I don’t think I would have done anything differently. Each event and every success or failure has taught me something and helped me and my business grow. As long as I keep moving forward and learning from each experience, I believe things will only improve from where they are now.
