Meet Eneka Elements

Today we’d like to introduce you to Eneka Elements.

Eneka Elements

Hello Eneka Elements, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
Eneka Elements focuses on “Legendary hair and skin for women and men” and that is the focal point of this brand. We focus on products and blogs that help improve the quality of dry skin and hair. I enjoy working with ingredients grown from Africa to Arizona.

I have written blogs and filmed YouTube videos focusing on how to get healthy skin and long healthy hair using natural ingredients. I am a self-care advocate who wants to help others increase personal self-care, and that starts with ways to find time to get self-care in your routine sustainably.

Eneka Elements was born from the ashes in Phoenix, AZ, and is bringing a next-level approach to holistic beauty products. I aim to bring value to the consumer and to focus on self-care as a way of life. What started as an artistic expression has now reached new heights and is the Eneka Elements you see today.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not, what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Getting funding was a struggle in the beginning. It was crucial to find ways to connect to grants and sources that would help with the initial start-up. Networking and speaking to other businesses helped a lot to know what was available and worth applying for. I am a big fan of networking and speaking to people who may have similar interests and connecting to your community.

We’ve been impressed with Eneka Elements, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Eneka Elements is a lifestyle brand focusing on holistic health and harmony for skin and hair. We are born from the ashes in Phoenix, AZ, and we bring a next-level approach to holistic beauty products. We aim to bring value to the consumer and to focus on self-care as a way of life. What started as an artistic expression has now reached new heights and is the Eneka Elements you see today.

What makes Eneka Elements stand out is the focus on natural ingredients from Africa to Arizona and our love for magnesium. Magnesium is a beneficial and powerful ingredient and we love finding unique ways to incorporate it into a self-care routine via body spray and bath soaks. On the website, we have a blog article from one of our customers’ experiences using the Noir Queen Black Soap and how it improved her life. We offer several forms of African Black soaps for customers to enjoy.

Eneka Elements offers a blog that speaks about all kinds of valuable knowledge on self-care on our Eneka Avenue Blog space. I am most proud of that offering at the current time. On the website, for example, we have a blog article from one of our customer’s experiences using the Noir Queen Black Soap and how it improved her life. Self-care starts with the individual. It starts with a moment, and Eneka Elements is a moment movement.

Before we let you go, we’ve got to ask if you have any advice for those who are just starting out.
I want other entrepreneurs to invest in their dreams and to keep sharing what they love to do with others. There’s little point in going into business simply to go into business. You have to have a passion for your product or service and know it inside out.

It can be a stressful duty of love to have your own business, but it is worth it. I enjoy seeing a small business scale to be much bigger and to reach the customers that truly need their products. When I first started, I wish I knew how to reach out to local media sources to engage a wider audience. That grew with time, and I am thankful for the connections I have forged along the way.

No matter how passionate you are about your business idea, it is important to remain objective about its viability. When your business becomes your “baby,” it’s time to take a step back and reassess what you’re doing. Get advice from an established entrepreneur or someone unconnected with your business.

Rather than plowing ahead with ideas, focus on the realities of running your business. Take a hard look at profit and loss forecasts, the current market, and resources such as funding. When you’re sure that these items are satisfactory, you can continue to innovate.
