Meet Denise Saucedo

Today we’d like to introduce you to Denise Saucedo.

Thanks for sharing your story with us Denise. So, let’s start at the beginning and we can move on from there.
It all started when I picked up a camera 11 years ago. I had no idea that it would lead me to my true purpose in life, which is coaching women to love and accept themselves completely.

Hearing stories from hundreds of amazing women that I have photographed over the years has inspired me to come up with a safe, non-judgmental community where women encourage each other to heal from our traumas and adversities. Allowing us the grace and humility to be vulnerable and to accept all that we are so we can be the best versions of ourselves possible. To heal from our wounds. And to help heal others who can relate to our stories. Only when we love ourselves fully and unconditionally can we be in healthy relationships with our partners, children, family, friends and in business.

This is a place to discuss raw life topics that we tend to push under the rug. Adversities that have molded us into the resilient women that we are today and how we overcome them and continue to daily. If you don’t have the daily motivation you will fall back into the same old, toxic patterns and programming. Here we hold each other accountable to stay strong and resilient. Healing our family generations before and after us through loving ourselves and working from within.

Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
Nothing great is ever smooth (unless we are talking Tequila 🙂 ). Running a business is extremely hard. However, if you have the passion, your people will follow. I have been blessed to have such an amazing following of women. They are my walking talking billboards. They come for the experience. And I must deliver. If I could do this for free, I would. That’s how much it drives me. And one day I would love to create a non-profit so that I could help even more women who can’t afford a session to be able to enjoy it at least once in their lifetime.

Some of my biggest struggles were my inner demons.
– Low self-esteem
– Self Sabotaging
– Self Doubt
– Consistency
– Discipline

Until I took the time to work on these things on the inside, is what has completely changed my path and way of thinking and how I am driven for what I want to do in life. Which are impacts, one person, daily. This is what has lead to my brand new endeavor – Beauty Within Online Community. Here I can help thousands of women all over the world gain their self-esteem and live better lives.

Tell us about your business.
I encourage women to be resilient. To heal from their traumas and adversities. Allowing the grace and humility to be vulnerable and to accept all that they are so they can be the best versions of themselves possible. To tell their authentic story and to heal from their wounds. And to give hope to others who can relate to their stories. Only when we love ourselves fully and unconditionally can we be in healthy relationships with our partners, children, family, friends and in business.

I am proud of impacting lives. Giving a woman permission to be her true self without feeling shame. Allowing her to free herself from the self-doubt that holds her back from true greatness.

I believe I stand out from the rest because I do this from the kindness of my heart. I am not driven by money but am driven by changing the world. One woman at a time.
