Today we’d like to introduce you to David Goodison and Dan Coker.
David and Dan, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
In 1997, my business partner and I got together and realized there was a need in the auto industry for a diligent, professional sales and prospect follow up system. Dan handled the programming and I handled sales and marketing. In the basement of my house I developed the first training/marketing manual and had to put it together by hand. Dan used his personal computer to write the programs. We rented a 300 sf office in Scottsdale and Dan had to carry his PC each night to the office to process our services. I was on the street trying to find our first customer. In September of 1998 we got our first client. Dan couldn’t quit his job so he would go to our little office and process the data each evening. As we got more customers we were able to afford more equipment. For the first year we put almost all the profit back into the company. We now have 22 employees, over 100 car dealers, 70 RV dealers, 20 boat dealers, 22 car dealers in Mexico and we expect 2018 to be our best year ever!
Has it been a smooth road?
2008 almost put us out of business. Car dealers were going out of business. RV sales were in the tank. We had to restructure in order to stay in business. I didn’t take a paycheck for over a year.

What sets us apart from our competition is world class customer service. We are in the CRM business (Customer Relationship Management). Most companies hand the client some software and then hope they can read the manual. We provide service! We make sure the client is using our services to the fullest so they can follow up every Internet lead, phone prospect, showroom visit and sold customer. We also handle Reputation Management. Our system is the easiest yet most robust out there.
Is our city a good place to do what you do?
Phoenix is a great city to do business. There is a lot of talent available at reasonable rates. Educated part time employees are easy to come by as we are near ASU. The weather is perfect and we don’t have to worry about our systems going down because of a flood, hurricane, snow storm, etc. We have never missed a day of processing in over 19 years.
