Meet Darrell Coleman of Shamrock Enterprise in West Phoenix

Today we’d like to introduce you to Darrell Coleman.

Thanks for sharing your story with us Darrell. So, let’s start at the beginning and we can move on from there.
I started out looking for a home with a Realtor and gained interest in it the more we looked. I asked her how hard is it to become a Realtor and she said she believes I can do it. So many other Realtors told me it would be difficult and not something I’d be able to do, but this one said it’s possible.

I became a Realtor almost three years ago and it made me think further into Real Estate so much that I created Shamrock Enterprise. I planned to create this LLC to start my Real Estate investments. This March I’ve finally bought my first investment property all while creating a great Real Estate empire. It did take me well over four years to get to where I am now, but by pushing hard and asking the right questions, I’ve been able to grow my business in many ways. I’ve created a YouTube channel as well to share my journey in investing and real estate because my dream is to teach those around me how to invest smarter.

We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
It hasn’t been a smooth road. I had a background that slowed me down with my Real Estate business and caused me to have more hurdles than normal.

So let’s switch gears a bit and go into the Shamrock Enterprise story. Tell us more about the business.
I specialize in Real Estate and Investing. I am known for mentoring and Real Estate. I’m proud of my laid back sales method I’ve brought to the industry. I have a no pressure sales process. I’ve seen too many people in the Real Estate and Investing and so many of them show only the bright side or the money but never show the struggle and hurt that comes with it. I show both good and bad because this is real life. I want clients to make an informed decision even if it means they walk away.

Has luck played a meaningful role in your life and business?
I’m not sure if it’s been luck or pushing through over and over. When I run into obstacles in business, I’ve learned to educate myself about the obstacle and ask questions. Once I truly educate myself, I sometimes learn it isn’t an obstacle, it’s a lesson. If the education doesn’t yield answers then I ask someone who’s already done it.
