Meet Coley Arnold of The Foundress in Scottsdale

Today we’d like to introduce you to Coley Arnold.

So, before we jump into specific questions about the business, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
When Lindsey and I started Junk in the Trunk Vintage Market, we longed for a community of like-minded people to share our successes and struggles with. This was eight years ago, and nothing like this existed! It was always on our hearts to start a creatives group, but we never had the time or resources.

Last year, we finally put our dreams into motion and launched The Foundress. A place where women can push the boundaries in business and be in community with other women with the same drive and determination!

Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It has definitely not been easy, but making time for ourselves and growing The Foundress has been so rewarding. The community of women is incredible and the connections already made in this short year is so encouraging!

Please tell us about The Foundress.
The Foundress exists to help women confidently push the boundaries of what’s possible through inspiration, collaboration, and education.

Do you look back particularly fondly on any memories from childhood?
I remember watching my mom start her own company and how hard she worked. The sacrifices she made and her perseverance made me think I could do anything I wanted, no matter how hard it seemed!
