Meet Ciara Williams of Nancy Maffrey Athleisure Wear in Avondale

Today we’d like to introduce you to Ciara Williams.

Ciara, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
It all started when I started running to drop a few pounds. I didn’t think this far ahead of turning it into a business. I just wanted to lose weight. After being noticed by close friends, family, and social media of my weight loss, I insanely began to run more to Inspire others. I was receiving great feedback, and I had people who wanted a push too. My God Mother gave me an idea and a little push. I was nervous at first. It didn’t believe it was even possible. Now that I am here, it has been a success so far, and it was one of the most funniest experiences in my life! I love social media. I enjoy waking up in the middle of the night because a thought or an idea won’t let me sleep. I’m always looking for ways to engage with my followers and cater to their likening. My goal is to provide great quality, self appealing product without breaking the bank for women of all color and sizes.

Has it been a smooth road?
There are obstacles yes! Some days are better than most days. I just follow my personal success mechanism “stay focused on finding a solution, learn from the problem, and keep forward motion”

I specialize in women’s Athleisure Wear. Fitness is very popular nowadays. And Athleisure Wear is an upcoming fashion expression in women of all ages. I’m my boutique. I provide gear versatile for the gym or lounge/streetwear. I am most proud of my brand that I am able to provide great quality clothes for everyone and I’ve received phenomenal feedback! There are a lot of companies or boutique that provide the same line of clothing. What sets me apart from others is that I’m not trying to rip your pockets, and I want you to look good and feel good, with quality material and design
