Thanks for sharing your story with us Christine. So, let’s start at the beginning and we can move on from there.
I graduated from Scottsdale Culinary Institute Le Cordon Bleu in 2010. Beginning as a Personal Chef cooking weekly meals for Clients in their homes and growing into a catering business for events, parties, corporate clients, holidays etc. I service the entire State of Arizona up to Sedona and Flagstaff specializing in Mexican, Italian, Smoked BBQ and Surf and Turf.
We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
It has been a blessed road, thank the Lord! It has grown into a full-time career and keeps me busy 9 months of the year. Summer is slow due to the heat and vacations.

Personal Chef and Caterer for Events ranging from 2 guests up to 150 guests specializing in Mexican, Italian, Smoked BBQ Meats and Surf and Turf. We also partner with rental companies for tables, linens etc. along with florists, musicians, photographers and bartenders.
What were you like growing up?
I have a more serious straight forward personality and loved school. I enjoyed culinary school but also love working and being my own boss has its rewards and challenges!
