Today we’d like to introduce you to Chase Kimsey.

Chase, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
I’ve been in the mortgage industry for 13 years now. I was lucky enough to play integral roles in developing Arizona expansion for two of the largest mortgage lenders in the country. The experience inspired and gave me the courage to craft the vision and inspiration for EnTrust Funding.

Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
There is no blueprint for a startup, so there will always be obstacles. That’s how you learn and get better. We are very fortunate to have a diverse staff of executives that spearhead any obstacles/challenges that arise with a vast array of leadership experience.

Please tell us about EnTrust Funding.
When starting EnTrust, I wanted to be different than every other mortgage company. We offer over 800 different products and can help people with a credit score as low as 500. Just because you have a low credit score, it doesn’t make you a bad client. Its been very rewarding to help these clients when so many other banks have told them no.

If you had to go back in time and start over, would you have done anything differently?
There are lessons learned pretty much every day when starting a company. No matter how big or small, you need to learn from them and get better. As long as you do that, you will be successful.
