Meet Chandler Waite

Today we’d like to introduce you to Chandler Waite .

Every artist has a unique story. Can you briefly walk us through yours?
Hey loves!

My name is Chandler, and I am the face behind Brow.Inc. I am 24 years old, and a wife to the most handsome guy! When I was 18, I moved across the country to Summit, NJ- A small town right outside of New York City. I fell in love with the hustle of the city, the bright lights, and busy atmosphere. Being right out of high school at the time, the big city was exactly what my soul was longing for. I stayed for a little over a year and then decided my home town of Mesa, AZ, was calling my name again. I came home to, well, not a whole lot. My friends from high school had moved on, I wasn’t dating anyone, and I still had no idea what my grown-up plan was supposed to be. All I knew was I needed to go to school or find a career-and I needed to do it fast. After thinking it through for about a totally of 5 minutes, I enrolled myself in an Aesthetics program, and two years later becoming certified in Microblading. Not knowing then the longing I had to move back would turn into the booming and successful business I have today.

Three short months later, I met my love and biggest supporter- Cooper. He is such a trooper even with all the late night business edits, the early morning appointments, and endless weekend clients. He always seems to make the hard days a little easier! I wouldn’t be able to get through my days without him. Also, Redbull, cause you can’t get through the days without caffeine.

Brow.Inc started as a Tiny little idea, that has quickly become my reality. Brow Inc was born five years ago, and I have been specializing in Microblading for three years. I have recently moved into a beautiful studio space in Mesa Riverview, with the cutest and most amazing Boss babe, Dylan Clark- with WhipLash Queen. She is a magical unicorn when it comes to Lashes! It has been so fun having another gal in the industry as a salon roomie!

Please tell us about your art.
I am a Microblading specialist. It is a semi-permanent tattooing technique in which a handheld tool is used to add pigment to the skin, making tiny hair-like strokes. My goal when you leave is that we’ve worked TOGETHER to create the perfect brow for YOU. Too many times, I feel as if the client is being forgotten about. Don’t forget it is about what YOU want, YOUR desired look, and making YOU feel beautiful when you walk out of my space.

I LOVE what I do. I love helping women find beauty and confidence in their own skin. Uplifting women not only in my chair but in the industry as well. There is room for everyone! I believe wholeheartedly that if we help eachother, we can all be the baddest girl (and boy 😉) bosses out there!

Given everything that is going on in the world today, do you think the role of artists has changed? How do local, national, or international events and issues affect your art?
We all have our unique style when it comes to microblading! I am a fluffy, all natural type of girl. I want to add to a brow based on your facial features, the structure of your face and of course, your personal wants. Making sure it’s not too overwhelming, and the perfect amount of structure to enhance your best features!

It’s so easy to compare my work to other artists and think I’m not good enough, but in reality, we are all so different. I love getting inspired by my fellow artist. Taking notes, listening to their opinions, and seeing a brow through their eyes. I hope that I provide the same for others as well. As a business owner, I think if we all worked together more often, we could make our dreams bigger and brighter. Plus it makes it way more fun making friends in the process!

How or where can people see your work? How can people support your work?
I am solely based on Instagram! Thank heavens for the power of the internet! It allows me to show my work, but also my day to day life. I love getting to know my clients through their profiles and always try to show my life as well. You may walk into my chair a client, but I promise when you leave, we’ll be the best of friends.
