Meet Celena Santa Cruz

Today we’d like to introduce you to Celena Santa Cruz.

Every artist has a unique story. Can you briefly walk us through yours?
I was born and raised in Tucson, AZ! I now live in the city of angels, LA. I have been singing sing I was five years old and acting since I was ten years old. I put out my first recording when I was 19 and decided to continue on with music when I saw the positive reception I received from my city! I actually kept it a secret that I could sing because I’m truly shy and introverted.

Please tell us about your art.
I not only sing but I also write music. Songwriting depends on my mood. If I’m sad, happy, heartbroken, etc. I just take my life incidents or someone else’s that I’ve witnessed or heard about and turn those stories into songs. It’s a true experience to hear the final recording of a song that you e created! Pretty amazing!

What do you think is the biggest challenge facing artists today?
The biggest challenge would be how to stand out in a crowd of millions of others who want the same dream that you do! You have to be multitalented and have talents that set you apart from the rest!

How or where can people see your work? How can people support your work?
My music is everywhere! YouTube, Spotify, Apple Music, everything! All of my work can be found by looking up my name Celena Santa Cruz but you have to be sure to spell my name right! They can support by purchasing my music on Apple Music or iTunes they are only 99 cents per song!
