Meet Brianna Spellman of Spellman Weddings

Today we’d like to introduce you to Brianna Spellman.

Hi Brianna, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
Planning a wedding is one of the most exciting seasons of life—but I quickly learned how tedious, time-consuming, and overwhelming it can be when you’re doing it all on your own.

My journey into wedding planning began in 2023, shortly after my engagement in beautiful Hawaii. I dove headfirst into the planning process, not realizing just how many details went into pulling off the perfect day. But I’ve always loved a good challenge—and I wasn’t backing down.

I designed every part of my wedding myself. From creating my own stunning ground florals using silk flowers, to hand-making each centerpiece and crafting a custom aisle runner—every piece of the puzzle had my personal touch. I built a detailed wedding binder to keep track of everything: timelines, decor placements, vendor details—you name it.

By the time my wedding day arrived in February 2025, I had not only brought my vision to life—I had discovered a passion I couldn’t ignore.

After the wedding, the feedback was unanimous. The venue coordinator, my day-of coordinator, the rental vendors, and even my MC all said the same thing: “You need to be doing this professionally.” With their encouragement (and a heart full of passion), I took a leap of faith and started Spellman Weddings.

Now, I get to help other brides through one of the most beautiful and meaningful chapters of their lives. I know firsthand how much work goes into creating the day of your dreams—and I’m here to make it seamless, joyful, and truly unforgettable.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It’s been challenging to find clients in today’s market, as many couples are working with very tight wedding budgets. Because of this, I’ve made my pricing incredibly affordable and flexible. I offer customizable packages and am open to working within most budgets—because I truly believe every bride deserves quality support and a beautiful, stress-free wedding day, no matter their financial situation.

We’ve been impressed with Spellman Weddings, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Spellman Weddings is an independently owned wedding planning business dedicated to helping couples bring their vision to life—whether they need full planning, partial planning, day-of coordination, or even help planning a vow renewal. I meet my clients wherever they are in the process and offer support that’s as hands-on or as behind-the-scenes as they need.

What truly sets my brand apart is the heart behind it. This work isn’t just a business transaction for me—it’s deeply personal. I care about every couple I work with and treat their wedding as if it were my own. From the moment we connect to the final send-off, I’m fully invested in creating a beautiful, seamless, and joy-filled experience.

What I’m most proud of is the trust my clients place in me and the relationships we build along the way. If you had to, what characteristic of yours would you give the most credit to?
The quality I believe has been most important to my success is genuine care. I truly pour my heart into every wedding I plan. My clients aren’t just customers—they’re real people trusting me with one of the most meaningful days of their lives. That level of trust deserves honesty, dedication, and compassion. I think my ability to connect personally, listen deeply, and go the extra mile is what keeps clients feeling supported and makes their experience memorable.
