Meet Brian Cowardin of Elite Restaurants in Scottsdale

Today we’d like to introduce you to Brian Cowardin.

Brian, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
I was in the restaurants business starting at 16 years old and worked up to Director of Operations. I wanted to stay involved with restaurants and help grow local restaurants with an easy way for them to get customers. We launched Elite Restaurants in October of 2015.

Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
We defiantly had some struggles along the way. We are finding different ways to help grow the business… We are currently working with Realtors, Title and Mortgage companies.

Elite Restaurants – what should we know? What do you guys do best? What sets you apart from the competition?
Elite Restaurants is a membership that gives you currently over 80 FREE entree’s at amazing restaurants around the valley. We help foodies discover great places in the valley and receive a free entree. We are most proud of all the work we do with nonprofits and helping build a community of people around food.

What is “success” or “successful” for you?
I define success as growing membership base and people recognizing Elite Restaurants as a company that helps bring new customers to their business while helping nonprofits that we believe in.
