Brent, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
Our entrepreneurial story started back on May 1, 2014 and was not really by choice. That day a 5 year partnership suddenly came to a stop with no heads up or no advance notice.

The next 48 hours would be all around debating our next move, do we go back to being an employee or bet on ourself. Ultimately we made the choice to bet on ourselves and start a company from literally nothing.

There was no website, no email, no contracts, no cash savings, no clients literally nothing. But we did have a chip on the shoulder, a 1 year old daughter and a wife that forced us into massive action.

Fast forward and we have built from that one of if not the top recruiting firms in Supply Chain and gone on to win numerous awards for one of the fastest growing companies.

This includes the INC 5000 as well as a 2x winner of Fastest Growing the SW region.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
None of it was smooth and it has always been filled with challenges. From starting out and almost begging for business to scaling to losing everything in Covid (2020) and having to restart a 2nd time.

The biggest thing we have learned is the importance of emotional regulation.

We are a recruiting/headhunting firm that focuses solely in the Supply Chain and Logistics industry.

We help high performing companies find high performing employees to continue their growth, this is through their # 1 competitive advantage which is people.

We have helped over 1000 make a career transition and never helped anyone go lateral.

We’d love to hear about any fond memories you have from when you were growing up?
As a massive sports fan (and especially basketball) some of my favorite memories are growing up and going to the NBA all star game as a yearly tradition.

This made me realize that you have to be extra special and produce at a high level to stand out from your peers.
