Meet Brandie Garcia of Healing Spirit Soaks

Today we’d like to introduce you to Brandie Garcia.

Hi Brandie, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
In my late 20s, I made a major career shift—from working as an interior designer to pursuing a path in self-care and holistic healing. It all began when I enrolled in massage school, where I not only learned the foundations of bodywork but also began dreaming up a new future for myself.

While in school, I wrote out a detailed business model for what I envisioned—and with a lot of hard work, time, and energy, that vision became Healing Spirit Soaks. It’s been a journey of growth, passion, and manifestation, and I’m proud of how far it’s come.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road—it’s been a learning curve from the beginning and continues to be a journey of constant evolution. One example was when I tested a mineral soak tub that ended up looking murky—it just didn’t resonate with clients the way I’d hoped.

On the business side, it’s been a steady process of figuring things out—managing the back end, dealing with software glitches, and continually learning how to do and be better. Every challenge has taught me something valuable, and I’ve learned to stay flexible and open to growth.

Appreciate you sharing that. What should we know about Healing Spirit Soaks?
Healing Spirit Soaks is a desert oasis—a sacred space designed to help you slow down, lose track of time, and reset your nervous system so you can show up as your best self, both for you and for those around you.

We specialize in holistic self-care experiences that support the mind, body, and soul. Our soaking studio offers a variety of thoughtfully curated treatments, including:

Cedar soaking tubs infused with copper ions and ozone (no chlorine or heavy metals)

A copper cold plunge tub

Infrared sauna sessions

Salt body scrub-downs

Amethyst BioMat sessions

Herbal body soaks tailored to your current needs

You can enhance your experience with add-ons like massage therapy, energy work, or sound baths, and choose from pre-made packages on our website—or reach out to customize your own.

Every session is completely private, allowing you or your group to fully drop in without the hustle and noise of a communal spa experience. We also provide soft robes, towels, and a soothing cup of locally made tea from Love in a Cup to complete your journey.

What sets us apart is the deep intention behind everything we offer. It’s not just about relaxation—it’s about transformation. Whether it’s relieving pain, easing stress, or helping someone reconnect with themselves, witnessing our clients shift into a better state is what I’m most proud of.

Healing Spirit Soaks is more than a wellness space—it’s a reminder that self-care isn’t a luxury; it’s a necessity. And I’m honored to provide a space where people can return to themselves.

Can you tell us more about what you were like growing up?
Growing up, I was a bit introverted and always felt at peace in my own company. I loved being outside—rollerblading, exploring, and just soaking in the beauty of nature. I was especially drawn to water; it’s where I felt most connected and calm. Whether it was a quiet stream or the ocean, being near water always brought me a sense of clarity and grounding.

Even then, I was deeply curious and sensitive to the world around me—always observing, feeling, and reflecting. That love for stillness, natural beauty, and inner connection has definitely carried into the work I do today.
