Meet Brandi Datcher of She’s Got It Errand & Concierge in North Phoenix

Today we’d like to introduce you to Brandi Datcher.

Brandi, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
She’s Got It Errand & Concierge is truly a God-given vision that has spiraled into something beyond amazing. In January 2018, my family and I moved to the N. Phoenix area. This was one of many moves we have made with my husband’s employer and it proved to be the toughest. We were relocating to a beautiful place, during the middle of the school year and did I mention we did not know anyone. I remember asking our realtor to help us quickly find a home in a family friendly area with good schools. It was a little scary and nerve-racking, but I will never forget thinking how much I would pay someone to simply be an extra set of hands. Someone who could not only offer trusted resources and referrals but someone who could help transfer utilities, wait on the repairman and simply help make the transition a little smoother. I wanted someone who would provide exceptional service and most importantly one who would value building a relationship with my family. Born in Louisiana and raised in Texas, I was accustomed to a certain warmth, helpfulness, and welcoming that always felt reassuring. I wanted the charm that was simply good ole southern hospitality. I finally decided if I could not find this type of service, this would be the type of service I would provide to my clients. From personal experience, I know what it feels like to be a wife and working mother whose main priority is taking care of her family despite the challenges. I know what it feels like to want to be in two places at one time. She’s Got It is an affirmation I used when I started and I still use it today. She’s Got It Errand & Concierge allows me to assist busy people in getting things done while allowing them to focus on the most important things in their lives. It’s just something comforting about hearing the words SHE’S GOT IT!

Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
I believe anything worth having presents its share of bumps along the way. Initially, being in a new place was my greatest challenge. I was not familiar with the Phoenix area and I knew very few people. In addition, familiarizing myself with various social media outlets seemed to present its share of challenges as well. All of these things have really forced me out of my comfort zone. In the past, I’ve enjoyed working under the radar and with very little social media presence. I have a social services background and I have always enjoyed meeting new people, but this was a little different in that the success of my business relies heavily on me connecting with others in various ways.

Alright – so let’s talk business. Tell us about She’s Got It Errand & Concierge – what should we know?
She’s Got It Errand & Concierge provides a service that can be used by anyone! As the Chief Errand Officer, my job is to assist my clients in completing all the tasks on their to-do list so that they are able to focus on the important things in their lives. We offer basic errand services which include personal shopping to package pick-up and delivery. Other specialty services include our silver services for clients 55 and older and realtor services. All of our services are designed with our client’s busy lifestyles in mind and services can be tailored to each client’s individual needs. Our exceptional customer service, the quality of service and most importantly the relationship we build with each client is truly what sets us apart. She’s Got It also places a strong emphasis on family and helping our clients spend their time where it counts. Our southern hospitality is truly at the heart of everything we do.

How do you define success?
Success is a choice. It’s setting a goal and doing what it takes to achieve that goal, despite the odds. The bigger the goal, the higher the price.
