Meet Bob Loeffler of Fearless Agent Coaching & Training in Scottsdale

Today we’d like to introduce you to Bob Loeffler.

So, before we jump into specific questions about the business, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
I got into real estate 30 years ago, when mortgage rates were 15% and the average market time for listings were over a year. I devoured all the industry and company training, took classes, worked hard, and failed miserably. After 5 years of poverty-level earning and frustration, I was finally lucky enough to meet the one person in the whole real estate industry who actually taught real sales training. That day changed my whole life.

I began doing the exact opposite of what the industry had trained me to do for the previous 5 years, later my partner and I ended up being the top producing team of any size for CENTURY 21 in Arizona.

Over my career, I have had almost every job in residential real estate. The failing agent, the top agent, the Manager, the Recruiter, the Trainer, the Broker. The only job I never had was Owner of a real estate company. Fearless Agent also trains Company Owners how to recruit, train, and retain producing agents

After being recruited to be a National Sales Trainer for the organization that had trained me, I then sold my real estate business to another agent and traveled all over the country teaching agents the same “Science of Sales” that I had learned.

A few years later I started Fearless Agent and thousands of Realtors® have become rich as a result!

We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
IRS Tax Liens, bad choices and lessons learned the hard way have turned out to be blessings in my life. I’ve made just about every mistake any agent, trainer, recruiter, and manager could make, but I only made them once. Now I can teach others what not to do, as well as how to do it right.

Starting Fearless Agent from scratch was a challenge and I’m very fortunate to have some great business partners and mentors to help me.

We are the only residential real estate sales coaching company that does anything like what we do.

If an agent is struggling in real estate sales and they are willing to do exactly what we teach, they are always successful. No other coaching company actually teaches sales, so if you want to learn sales we are their only option.

We respect the sales profession and real estate in general and we that our customers the way we would like to be treated. We have the highest coaching and training skill set by far and we are willing to do what our competitors can’t and won’t. We care more about the success of our clients and we prove it every day.

So, what’s next? Any big plans?
We will be doing more Fearless Agent events in the future. We currently do events for Real Estate Companies, Mortgage and Title Companies and we will be doing stand-alone Fearless Agent Workshops and Events all over the US.
