Today we’d like to introduce you to Bäsmini.

Hi Bäsmini, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
Born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, when I was younger music was such a big part of my development and growth in my youth. I used to trade my old phones I’d get to find the one with the best sound so I can use my little Apple earbuds to download music.

Eventually, I moved to Phoenix, and being able to meet such different and unique people I wasn’t really used to in Milwaukee… I was able to start working more and more on my craft and become the artist I am today.

I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey has been a fairly smooth road?
Every skill comes with its own struggles and dead ends, but I continued and reminded myself of how far I got now, and it keeps pushing me to do more!

I think the most I struggled with was the mental aspect of creating new music. It takes a lot to be able to really connect to a song before it can become something greater, especially with emotions rising/falling, new life events, etc.

Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
My music wasn’t always heard, and I started off with only a few listeners before I started making an impact in playlists and streams. I decided one time to take a hiatus, then being known as Kings Lee…

I was in high school and it was really difficult to focus on music AND graduation at the same time. It went from a couple of months to a year, to two years. I finally came out of the hiatus when I released my song Little Kingdom, working with Noah Strykes… It was a complete rebrand and a brand new image I was ready to show the world.

Who else deserves credit for your story?
I feel like Chris AKA Comfort Music Studios deserves all the recognition!

We’ve been working together on projects for almost 3 years now, and never have I ever been disappointed. His outstanding engineering, extremely comfortable recording space, and work make it so much better to record new hits!
