Meet Austin Gardner of Chandler, Arizona

Today we’d like to introduce you to Austin Gardner.

Thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, how did you get started?
I am originally from Anchorage, Alaska. Consider me a late bloomer regarding music. I never would’ve guessed that I would be making music like this. If you knew me in high school, you’d think there’s no way I rapped. I was a very academically focused individual. At the time, I was an active chaser of the college experience; however, college ended after one short semester. I needed knee surgery, and that sidelined me for life. Being desperate for an alternative form of expression, I started making music.

Can you talk to us about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned? Looking back, has it been easy or smooth in retrospect?
The road could have been smoother, but I have been ascending. It’s almost like a plane taking off, with occasional turbulence. I don’t ever want to plateau or descend, though.

Thanks. What else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
I am an artist, producer, and promoter. I specialize in music, though. It’s currently my real breadwinner. My development and patience make me proud and highlight my character. My DNA sets me apart.
