Meet Artur Niewiadowski

Today we’d like to introduce you to Artur Niewiadowski.

Arthur, before we jump into specific questions about the business, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
My story leads up to me owning five companies. I moved to Arizona in 1999 and worked different jobs to get by and get myself on my own feet. I was born in Europe and grew up extremely poor. No one in my family has ever had their own business. My dad’s side of the family are gypsy and have always hustled. My moms’ side of the family is very studious and has always relied on education and degrees to structure their financial future. So I guess I consider myself lucky that I inherited a 50% hustle mentality from dad and 50% book smarts from mom.

When I moved to Phoenix I had no idea what I was going to do much less my future career plans. I did know that I had to work hard and keep my eyes open for opportunity. I worked for basic jobs and started going to school for computer information systems. About one semester from graduating I was asked by a friend of my sisters to help him update his entire computer system at his company. For about two weeks I completely restructured his company communications and went to San Diego to be trained on a new software he wanted to be implemented. I worked 16 hour days to make sure everything transitioned smoothly. The friend liked my efforts so much that he offered me a job starting at 60K plus 30% commission from sales. I was shocked at this number and couldn’t believe that I would make more here then I would after finishing school. I made the easy decision to quit school, my two other jobs, and work full time.

After three years I was running the company and was a top sales producer for about 2.5 years. I was ready to go on my own but it would take a lot of money to start a company in the aviation industry. I finally got the break I was looking for when a friend sold his apartment complex and was looking for investment opportunities. For the next six months, I made both of us a great deal of money. I then was ready to go completely on my own. I worked seven days a week and was able to give my family a very comfortable life. We had anything we needed and wanted but in life, things change and I ended up getting divorced. During the next two years, I did not work as much but rather spent time with my kids and structuring their future.

Three years flew by and not much advancement was made with my company but once my kids started high school I had a lot more time and made the decision to get back into my hustle. I took 50K and purchased a large inventory of aircraft parts. With the money made from that, I purchased another package of inventory. Two years later I was worth 35Million. How can it be so simple? I wasn’t a genius with a Ph.D. degree. I didn’t come from a wealthy family. So how did I do what I did and in such a short amount of time?

Many people I speak with in current times are full of ideas and energy and they all want their businesses. They want to be financially secure and have a quality of life rather than forced to do what others tell them and restricted from being creative. So why don’t they have a successful company and the financial wealth they desire? The solution is very simple and short but the problem is the simplicity of the solution. When I reveal the answer to them they dismiss it because it is so simple. “How can something so simple be the answer to all their dreams”, is what they say. I then tell them that just because it is simple doesn’t mean that anyone can do it. As a matter of fact, only 1% of the people that I have met in my life possess what is needed to succeed on their own.

The answer is self drive and motivation. To have the self drive and motivation consistently you have to eliminate all your modern day distractions. You also have to free your mind of the institutional restrictions you have been brain washed with since you were old enough to understand simple sentences. We have been told not to do this, not to do that, that our ideas are not valid unless we have superior intellectual abilities, that without a degree we can do nothing, without following directions we will get nowhere even though they are from misguided people, we have been told that to be successful you have to be a doctor or lawyer. I have never met a lawyer or doctor that makes even a small fraction of the money I have made. So then you go and take huge financial loans to get this degree. Once you finish you are never guaranteed a high salary job but instead, have to climb the corporate ladder.

This is the state of chaos and distraction that I mentioned in the beginning. You are in the corporate world, you have huge debt, and now you want to start a family and buy a home. Most people have no clue what this feels like and how quickly they become a robot to support their life. If that wasn’t enough, throw addiction to social media in that pile of chaos and now you have a problem. There is no way someone can become a successful business owner in that type of mental environment. So you see, the answer is simple but not many people are willing to give up the social media and not many can drop everything they have been told and rely on their creativeness. Last and most important, the word entitlement seems to be an epidemic. People are waiting for a handout rather than bust their butts.

In conclusion, there is a motivational ending to this story. School is necessary to get your foot in the door for “certain jobs”, however, if you don’t hustle you will not succeed. The other 80% of careers and jobs only require you to be consistently motivated, free of all distractions and putting others as a priority rather than money. I WILL NEVER START A BUSINESS WITH MONEY BEING THE MOTIVATING FACTOR. There has to be a solid purpose for the business and it usually involves helping others. If there is no real purpose the business will fail or be just another corporate money machine that is only concerned about the financial bottom line. Everything I do these days is to help people and make things a better quality of life. I am starting three new huge corporations this year and they all revolve around helping people. I also give my time for free to help others with their start-up businesses and in the end that is what makes me happy. My success is based on the success of the people that I help.

I hope my story had a positive impact on someone’s life and I hope that all of you follow these simple rules I apply to all my companies. Good luck and never stress because that is also a distraction. Learn to become a problem solver rather than a stress freak. haha.

Artur

Has it been a smooth road?
Life will always be smooth if you interpret your problems as just lessons rather than something that bothers you or can’t be dealt with. You get hit with issues daily, why would you stress daily? Why not embrace life’s obstacles.

We’d love to hear more about your business.
I have a few companies and adding another three this year. Most I am in the aviation business, I buy and sell airplanes, helicopters, and parts for them. I have an MMA gym that I opened as a hobby because my kids trained MMA for 14years and I did not like how gyms took advantage of people financially. My gym has become so successful that I have eliminated all my competition in a 20mil radius. I also have two huge inventions that are life saving for law enforcement and civilians as well as students in schools coming out this year. I also start helicopter operations this year and plan to have about 60 helicopters by the end of 2020, I am with a group that is building seven resorts in AZ, our first three are planned to be completed in mid 2021. I am also joining forces with International Disaster Rescue to start training people to be certified to respond to local disasters instead of waiting days for help. I am also in the middle of putting together a training manual for law enforcement to give them more exposure to dealing with threatening and non threatening civilian encounters and hoping to reduce the use of firearms. As well I am working with a company that has developed a device that burns trash and converts the energy into a means of power supply and that means we can charge solar grids and help to prevent blackouts in remote areas that people live. I have many other things I am working on as well but I cannot go into details.

Is our city a good place to do what you do?
My aviation business is not affected by location so this is a city that is just as good as any for that. My gym is in Avondale, and it is a wonderful little town with awesome families but I do have an issue with how the politicians and some city council members conduct their behavior towards small business owners. I would think that the city members would want to do everything in their power to make sure that small business is considered just as much as corporate giants. Our city needs to start considering the family-owned businesses that bring character and true social value to our cities. Small businesses are being run out by corporate giants that don’t need another store to add to their portfolio. I would like to see all metro cities start a process of protection for a small business similar to protected endangered lands and animals. There should be locations in every city that would be protected from future corporate giants moving in across the street and killing their business. Maybe a new zoning introduction would be nice.
