Meet Angela Menninger and Kristy Jozwiak of Duality Public Relations

Today we’d like to introduce you to Angela Menninger and Kristy Jozwiak.

Duality PR started over pizza and wine. Kristy and Angela, the co-founders of Duality PR, have been coworkers and roommates… they even had a working client/agency relationship at one point. Little did they know that a dinner conversation would turn into a bigger discussion about family and quality of life. They each worked hard to build a successful career but both knew, it was time to chase a dream.

Duality PR is a boutique public relations firm based in Phoenix, Arizona. They believe that it’s all about the buzz you build and the conversations you create. They’re an experienced PR team with big ideas. The kind of ideas that get their clients noticed and more importantly, get their brands and businesses growing.

They believe in the importance of building positive buzz and fostering relationships with all the right people to garner positive conversations about your brand. Positive word-of-mouth is going to be an extremely crucial factor that will influence your success.

Today, they represent brands such as Scottsdale Fashion Square, Bashas’ Family of Stores, Steward Healthcare Arizona and Larry H. Miller Dealerships Arizona, just to name a few.

Has it been a smooth road?
Honestly, there is no such thing as a smooth road. We believe that every success that comes our way is because we’ve earned it. We put blood, sweat and tears into every piece of business we work on. We’ve had our fair share of stress, disappointments and unrealistic expectations along the way, but we’ve learned from every challenge faced. We do our best to stay humble and true to ourselves and the work we put out there.

So, as you know, we’re impressed with Duality Public Relations – tell our readers more, for example what you’re most proud of as a company and what sets you apart from others.
Duality Public Relations understands the increasingly complex public relations environment. As such, we work in partnership with our clients to develop strategic communications campaigns. We strongly believe in the importance of relationships and collaboration – whether it be with another agency, an influencer or a marketing or community partner. You get the best ideas and results when you work this way. Mission-driven, strategic public relations campaigns work the hardest when they are integrated and communicate key messages in appealing ways to the right audience.

We understand the 24/7 news cycle and use a variety of communications platforms to tell our stories. We work closely with our clients to fine-tune their messaging so that, it appeals to their top audiences, helping them to stand out and break through the clutter.

Our team has long-standing relationships with key local and national media outlets, influencers and entities that specialize in travel, entertainment, arts and music, retail, non-profit, education, sustainability, technology and more.

We have experience working with national newsrooms of prestigious media outlets and we understand how the media work. We’re well-connected to community and business leaders, in addition to social influencers who can help you to amplify your message. We’ve put on hundreds of press conferences and know the ideas that will resonate in the newsroom. Our ties to local broadcast producers can help you garner positive news coverage.

We welcome the opportunity to write commentaries and submit op-eds. We’re not only seasoned ghostwriters but experienced problem solvers when it comes to crisis situations and issues management.

Let’s touch on your thoughts about our city – what do you like the most and least?
We love the Phoenix sunshine. Angela is a native of Arizona, while Kristy is a Chicago transplant, so basically enough said about that. The roots are most certainly sown.

We don’t necessarily love the traffic that has come along with the growth of our city but thank goodness most days, we can carpool to our meetings and use that time to productively check things off our busy lists.
