Meet Angel & Lydia Palomino of A/C Valley in Gilbert

Today we’d like to introduce you to Angel & Lydia Palomino.

Owning a business is something we always dreamed of; says Angel and Lydia Palomino, owners and founders of A/C Valley. After getting laid off from working in the mining industry as a mechanic, Angel decided to make a change in his career path in order to stay closer to home and family. Since he already had HVAC experience, he decided to get back into that field and put his skills to work. Although he enjoyed working in the field and making customers happy, he didn’t like the fact that he only received little to no credit for his workmanship. That’s when Angel and Lydia knew it was time to start their own HVAC business. A/C Valley was born in 2018.

Has it been a smooth road?
Owning a business is like becoming a parent. Sleepless nights, endless work with no step-by-step instructions. Satisfying “yes,” rewarding “absolutely” but definitely not a smooth road. One major obstacle we have faced in our community since becoming business owners is the lack of people willing to work and learn the trade. We don’t give up, because we know that with our vast knowledge and experience we will turn that around and despite the shortage, in time, we will recruit and train the best team any HVAC company has seen!

A/C Valley is a family owned HVAC (heating, ventilation, & air conditioning) company based in Gilbert, Arizona. We repair, maintain, and install in both residential and light commercial settings. A/C Valley is old-school with a modern twist. Using social media to not only grow their company but build long-term relationships, while educating their customers about the most expensive appliance in their home. We vow to provide all our customers with fair pricing, quality work, honest estimates, and personalized comfort because “no two homes are alike.”
