Meet Ana Paola of Nosotras las Mujeres in East Phoenix

Today we’d like to introduce you to Ana Paola.

Ana, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
I have always been an entrepreneur woman. I used to sell books door by door and sold birthday parties when I was a child. But life has many rounds, as a single mother of two I had to work as a housekeeping during the day in a well-known hotel and as a dishwasher during the night in a local restaurant, when I meet my husband we used to be self employed in his own granite business, doing jobs here and there just to get enough money to have fun as young men without any commitment, when we get married he proposed me to leave my jobs and help him with his business, as an entrepreneur woman I knew it would not be a “help” of me, I love business, and it will be a big commitment for myself. I agree and 8 Year ago we did start working together as a team for our future in this wonderful business, we started from scratch economy just crash we did no have anything left, not even my jobs anymore, no options for us but to survive, As time happened we made everything to have a successful and well-living granite business. But time has a bill for me, and I get sick because of the stress, bad nutrition, no social life, no priorities, no self-care, no resting, I only knew work, and business got very good for our financial situation that my only activity and priority even over my children was work. For health reasons my husband and I decided to get pregnant, during the pregnancy I did not quit my job in the office, I tried to put everything together for the big day, I knew I had to be out of the business for a couple of months, but I was sure I would return to my husband’s dream business. But something happened just the moment my baby born, first time ever “priorities” appear in his eyes,

I move the office to my house, and I kept working during nights for my husband business, I really enjoy spent two years at home with my baby, in this time I connect with myself, I deal with hormones cycles and I search for help, and information that inspires me to find the joy that was missing in my life. I found Life Coaching, I started following deferent coaches, and many groups of women, I get inspired, I got a Life Coach, I find a school to get certified as a Life Coach, I was very into my self. But one thing I knew for sure I don’t want to go back to the office, and it wasn’t because of the baby, the baby was ready for daycare as we planned, but something was missing in my life, my own dreams.

Finally the day of my return to work arrived, I went back and I sit in my old chair, everything was intact, everything same as the day I left. for three months I try to recover and restore things at the office, but my husband and I felt different at the point, we did not click again as the same day we started working together for his dream business, something broke, we started arguing about everything, and showing our differences, we had change. As a couple, we talked, and we decided that the best for me was to change route and chase my own dreams. My husband show me his support instantly, and he did his best effort of love and care for me in those moments.

My first opportunity show up as a host of my own radio show, I make a media kit, and I sold the idea to my friends, they end it up been my sponsors with their business for my radio show, at the same time I enroll myself to the Beautiful You Coaching Academy for a life coaching certification, in this first year of the radio show I focus on women successful stories, I invited a lot of women to share their stories and the tools they got to be successful,

Special moms, divorced, bankruptcy, domestic violence, women in men business, and I support a lot of non-profit organizations having them in the show and mention their events. In my house everything was changing, my husband lost interest in his business, he got depressed, my older kids were growing teenagers, and the baby got vegetarian, I did have classes twice a week online and a lot of homework, soon I started looking for pro-bono coaching, my husband got worse, he got jealous, he tried to manipulate me to quit my dream and go back to the office, I had to be strong and lovely, we got in a marriage crisis, I still have my Life coach, and focusing on myself, taking care of my emotions, growing as foam in my personal side, it was a challenge being the only one at home who crave for growth, I kept focus on my radio show, meeting up previously with my guest, listen their stories, coaching Latina women for pro bono, attending classes, doing homework and taking care of the kids and my home. Sometimes I felt my marriage was ripping down, I suggested a business coach to my husband, he took it, and soon we got control of his emotions, his life and his business, that year he hit the 1000000 dollar all by himself, I am so proud of him, watching him going down directly to crash and suddenly opened his big wings and taking care of his sky. Finally home was stable, kids learn from example, I finally graduate, and I established Nosotras las Mujeres as a safe and free platform for women personal development, having three active services radio show that soon grows, and we opened a second show everything about Coaching, and I modified the first one embracing three more women specialist in beauty, fitnesses, and intimate care as a co-host, Life Coaching launching the website and offering Coaching both in-person and online, groups or one on one, and Conferences, I have been invited to speak in public events to our Latina women community. Beautiful Coaching Academy nominate me as a “Emerging coach of the year 2019” I did not win, but I was finalist between life coaches around the world, ICF (International Coach Federation) finally accepted me as a member, serving with principles, and professional ethics my business is a proud member of Local First Arizona and Better Business Bureau.

This year we are having our second anniversary, celebrating two years on air Radio Show, helping more than 100 women getting better life style thru Life Coaching, and inspiring hundreds of people in conferences.

My commitment is to help women have a balance and abundant life, that same as me got lost in another person’s dream. I love seeing women achieving everything they want, once they put themself as a priority.

I love how people can have a lot of meanings of success, and experience it; however, they concise.

My passion is coaching, ultimately I have been working with young people between 18-23, and its a wonderful experience enjoy what life shows for me to keep growing and learning.

I am looking forward to starting my credentials in ICF; my wish is to open a Life Coaching school to expand the impact that Coaching does in every life, I will keep working on the radio shows to put more important topics on the table for the audience.

Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
Growth is painful and takes a lot of courage to self-love to make it.

My marriage was almost dying, my kids got confused, and my health was ruined.

Please tell us about Nosotras las Mujeres.
I do life coaching positive physiology and ontology; I make a personal plan for each customer. I used different methodologist in base the needs of my customers.

I am a host of my own radio show; I inspire people to make positive changes in their life, with a deep and last impact.

I am a public speaker, wonder woman, and powerful goals are my top speeches, I can inspire everybody to have an abundant and balanced life with the tools I offered during speeches.

So, what’s next? Any big plans?
I am looking forward to starting my credentials on ICF to have an approved program to train other persons to be Life Coaches.
