Today, we’d like to introduce you to Alfredo Crespo Botía. Alfredo was introduced to us by the brilliant and talented Carmen Salvá del Corral.
Hi Alfredo, we’re so thrilled to have you sharing your story with us today. Maybe we can kick things off by having you introduce yourself to our readers? We’d love to have you go into your story and how you got to where you are today.
I am Master Engineer working at Energy Generation industry for 25+ years.
Let’s talk about your work and career – what else should we know?
I enjoy any kind of Art (music, painting, writting, teather, cinema, etc.) as the most powerful expression of what means to be human beings, with a meaning and purpose in life. This is when, during my rutine exploration of art at the internet, I came across Carmen’s compelling work as writer, which astonishingly happened to be an even more interesting painter.
Carmen Salvá del Corral has been a great friend to us and I know you’ve got a great relationship as well. Maybe you can tell our audience a bit about Carmen and your experience with them.
On her writer production I admire the most her approach to the historic novel, giving visibility to little known characters and stories of the time, while connecting smoothly with the nowadays culture and way of living. Her writiing is clear and extremely compelling for the emotions, so you cannot stop reading.
On top of the historic novels she has a large production of tales and other stories covering an asthonising variaty of interesting subjects.
Her painting is even more spreaded throughout many totally different subjects, styles and unique techniques with no repetition in any sense; every painting is unique on its own way, giving the spectator the sensation that he is virtuallly staring at different painter’s work.
I feel that Carmen’s most accurate definition about her art is HONESTY. Her humble, deep and honest interpretation of everything she approaches is straight forward reflected in her art.
