Hi Whitney, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
A Phoenix Native passionate about art and design, I am the visionary behind Petal Peace Flower Co., your go-to source for exquisite event florals and everyday arrangements. My journey into floral design began in 2021 after attending a flower arranging workshop for work. At the time, I was under a lot of stress in my career and struggling to find a work-life balance. I had a newfound sense of peace and joy upon attending this workshop. That joy quickly became arranging flowers around my house and gifts for close friends and family. In June 2022, I decided to transform my passion into a thriving business to bring more peace and joy to my community.

Alright, let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall, and if not, what challenges have you had to overcome?
There have been many challenges on this journey. Floral design is much more than “playing with flowers.” Not only do you have to have a creative eye, but you also need to educate yourself on flower types, tools, purchasing, and basic business concepts (if you cannot outsource). Being the CEO, Administrative Assistant, Accountant, Marketing Team, Content Creator, Designer, and Delivery Driver by yourself can be very draining, so creating boundaries and trying my best to stick to them was important. One of my other challenges was learning how to price florals; this was especially tricky for weddings and events.

Petal Peace Flower Co Petal Peace Flower Co. is a locally owned, boutique floral design company primarily known for its bright & colorful flower arrangements, event flowers, and our Flower Bar. In addition, we also offer wedding florals in the Greater Phoenix Metro Area. Every occasion deserves a unique and unforgettable floral experience. Whether you envision a burst of vibrant colors or prefer the elegance of monochromatic designs, we have the expertise to bring your vision to life.

Wedding & Event Design services include elopement packages, intimate weddings and gatherings, birthday parties, bridal/baby showers, corporate events, and restaurant florals. The Petal Peace Flower Bar experience allows our customers and guests to create unique flower bouquets. It’s a wonderful opportunity to experience the joy of floral arranging by hand selecting your blooms.

In addition to our event services and Flower Bar, we also offer flower arranging workshops, where we share our knowledge and passion with aspiring flower enthusiasts. These workshops are an opportunity to learn the art of floral design and engage with flowers’ beauty while fostering community connections.
